The property is very close to Northgate light rail station. It is very easy to go to the space needle/downtown by train. There is hotel parking fee of $20/day. My room shower faucet was not working properly and exhaust didn't work. So the room was stinking. They fixed the faucet after a couple of hours but not the exhaust.

I was annoyed that they charged me more than what expedia said. I called down right away and one person said she'd fix it. When we left and I confirmed this, she didn't fix it and had no notes. Had to tell them again, they said they would call me the next day and didn't. I had to call them and they finally fixed. Very annoying!

Hampton Inn Seattle/Northgate

Smelled pot outside the hotel entrances both days of our stay. Man, I hate that smell. Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Despite being fairly close to the freeway, road noise was low enough to allow a good night's sleep. Accessing the hotel was a bit of hassle though, due to the construction surrounding it. I enjoyed my stay overall, but will consider others closer to downtown Seattle next time.

I just needed a room to stay in because the power went out and it was 90 degrees. From reservations, check-in, parking, to getting in the room took very little time, maybe a bit over an hour. They allow pets, which is convenient as I had a dog with me.
