We checked in early (for a fee), which was nice. We headed up to our room. The rooms were being cleaned and there was garbage up and down the hall. Once we got to the room, there was a terrible smell. We tried spraying perfume but the smell lingered. Dirty socks smell? Everything seemed a little old and dated. We couldn’t get used to the smell. Maybe coming from the carpet? We ended up moving to a different hotel. Overall, someone needs to take an objective look and clean everything up. Lots of clutter in the lobby and on the walls

Search these reviews for “smell” I wish I had. Our room smelled gross our entire stay. Also, when we checked in there were a bunch of Fruit Loops on the stairs. They were still there when we left 2 days later. Cleanliness is not a priority here.

Great Service in a Pinch

I had been traveling for about 15 hours due to flight issues. I was rerouted to Seattle and needed a room. I messed up my reservation and the overnight guest agent was very helpful in getting it sorted out. She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I wish that type of service was the norm. Would definitely recommend.

I checked in on Mar 1 afternoon and the staff was so rude. When in the airport waiting for the shuttle, it took like more than an hour to come and get us at the airport. Staff said that the driver came but we just saw the shuttle pass by us and sped off. And when I called, staff said it was coming and just hung up. Driver came after anlong wait and did not even say a word.
