Property is in a bad area. The room smells like dirty feet. Being charged $50 per person for shuttle back to airport when we have documentation that there is free shuttle service to and from the airport. We took a taxi from downtown to the hotel yesterday and it was $50 for a much longer trip.

We only stayed for 1 night and was not expecting much. I was going to leave a 1 star review but the staff was nice eneough that ill bump it up to 2 . Shuttle service from airport to hotel never came. After an hour and a half i had to pay for a different shuttle. When i called to ask what where was the shuttle they would not answer. Bathroom door was broken. Weird noises at 5 am like someone running on a threadmill. It was just an uncomfortable stay. I normally stay at cheap hotels and this has been the worst in the last few years for me.

Low budget choice. Shower didn’t work. A lot of homeless people nearby but maybe it’s true for whole Seattle. My sister’s room smelled so strong of bleach that they asked to be moved to another room

Very comfy bed. Relatively quiet unless people are taking very loudly in the hallway. Good breakfast. Eggs, sausage, cereal, 2 flavors of waffles, toast, muffins, coffee and tea. IHOP right in front of hotel. So very convenient. Airport shuttle only runs once per hour on the 40 so less convenient than other hotels. They do not offer help with taxi if you prefer - not even a number to call.

Great budget hotel

I’m fairly certain my phone was hacked using their WiFi. The renovation was decent, but it was clear that this hotel has had a history of poor cleaning.

This is a first impression expression. This hotel took it away with details!!! Beautiful, clean and upto par with detail on letting you know you are welcomed! When you take time to make details for the experience that you "WELCOMED" That's when you know they care. From the walk in to the building CLEAN, WELCOMING AND HOSTED PERFECTLY to trust your money is going to the right place for what you are looking for. Walked into room with request top floor given without hesitation of request like some do was fantabulous!! Towel swan greats you with clean room, clean smell, well taken care of room to perfect setting of home away from home. I love this place and putting in review before leaving because it was that impressive upto the greeting on the toilet paper design fold. That's details they care you spent your hard worked money into their place. Valued highly to my opinion because of Quality of detail to make it home for others.
