This luxury, boutique-style home is truly one of a kind. With stunning views of Thunder Mountain and breathtaking grounds, featuring a large, multi-tier pond, and an indoor hot tub. A dream vacation home in the coveted Mission Hills neighborhood just walking distance to trailheads, parks, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, you name it! You're sure to make the most incredible memories with family and friends at this home away from home.

The space
This home is one of Sedona's most whimsical properties located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the base of Thunder Mountain. This 3,300 sq ft home features four bedrooms, three full baths, a large atrium with an indoor hot tub, and a beautiful multi-tiered waterfall with a large koi pond. Every room has a king-size bed. One room we like to call, ''the Harry Potter room,” has two additional queen size beds perfect for large families or ‘the kids’ room.’ It’s the little things that make the most enjoyable stay. You’ll love the pressurized vitamin C-infused showerheads in each bathroom and Alexa dot clocks, and 50”+ TVs in every room.

Living Room: Incredible views of Thunder Mountain, a 55” TV, soundbar w/subwoofer, and a gas fireplace for cold winter days.

Loft: A separate zen-like hangout space with a table and floor pillows for coloring, games, art, etc. There’s a 60” TV with 100+ video games (Luna) and a wet bar equipped with an RO System and Keurig coffee machine.

Bedrooms One (downstairs): Features a king-size bed, a 50” TV, full-length mirror Alexa dot alarm clocks, a lounge chair, and a small dresser for belongings. This room has a cool boho vibe feel.

Bedroom Two (downstairs): This room features a king-size bed, a 50” TV, full-length mirror, an Alexa dot alarm clock, a reading nook, and a small dresser for belongings. You’ll experience an urban boho feel staying in this room.

Bedroom Three (upstairs): We like to call this room “the Harry Potter room”. It has a very whimsical feel to it. It includes a king-size bed, and two queens, a 50” TV, a small dresser for belongings, and a large closet with the best hiding spot for hide and seek. This room is perfect for a large family, or the “kids room” where all the kids can stay.

Master Bedroom (upstairs): The master has a king-size bed, a 50” TV, a dresser, a large en-suite bathroom with a standup shower, and a separate soaking tub. Stair access to the atrium from the master bath so you can easily rinse off after a dip in the hot tub. You will have STUNNING views from the quaint, but spacious master bedroom balcony.

Atrium: A fan favorite! The atrium includes a wet bar, an indoor hot tub, a daybed, two lounge chairs, a 50” TV, and serene views of the backyard. (Can be closed off for a private room if someone is sleeping on the daybed.)

Outdoor Lounge Areas
Porch: Quaint seating with soothing sounds of the waterfall.
Front: Built-in gas BBQ grill and a table and chairs. The sounds of the waterfall nearby make for a truly pleasurable experience in nature.
Back: Outdoor lounge/seating area with a six person dining table.

We typically visit Sedona once a year and have stayed in a number of different homes over the years. This home was one of our favorites! Close to everything, plenty of space and what really stood out, was the communication with the property owner - they were great. One of those properties where the owner really has thought of everything to make their guests stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay again!

Absolutely loved it here! Pictures don’t do it justice. Check in process was easy. Kitchen was stocked. Loved all the games in the loft. Me and the kids had a lot of fun playing! Loved how close it is to literally everything. Definitely will be back!

House is very spacious — we had 6 adults 1 baby. Location is great. Close to grocery store, places to eat, and a few hiking trails (many of which are walking distance)! We hiked Birthing Cave (about 15 mins away) and Sugarloaf Summit (5 mins away) this trip. Plenty of places to sit as a group in and outside the house — my niece LOVED sitting outside listening to the water feature in the front. Kitchen is probably one of the most stocked I’ve seen — had everything we needed to bake, cook, AND grill! Great view from the house. Host is super communicative, and instructions throughout the house are clear. Our family had a GREAT time — only comment is the couches are bit softer than our family prefers (but we made it work). Would definitely book again! Can’t wait for our next trip to Sedona!!

Wonderful stay in Sedona!

This was a perfect home for 8 adult friends. We loved the hot tub, the beds were very comfortable, and the hosts were fantastic! They thought of everything. Extra blankets, kitchen fully stocked, games, and many more! The two living areas were great for a big group, and we loved laying on the outside turf in the sun! Book this place! You won’t be sorry.

Wonderful house!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving with family. The house is beautiful, very comfortable beds, fun games, clean hottub, multiple TVs, beautiful property. The "Harry Potter room" is awesome except it doesn't have easy access to a bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Best stay of my life!!

I am going make a quick read and the TL;DR version First the quick version: Stay there! You will be glad, but be sure to get the master bedroom. This house has everything you need, and some things you didn't know you needed. Now....details, details . First of all, the outside is beautiful with trees, desert plants, a babbling man made brook, and an astroturf yard (it is Arizona after all). We had our wedding in the yard (only family members) and the sight of my new bride coming down the patio stairs was one I will remember for ever. Javelinas (we saw two), mule deer, bats (they don't come close, but you can see them in the air) and ravens...oh my, the ravens. Kitchen has everything you need. Secondary bedrooms are comfortable and even have televisions (as well as the living room, atrium, and game room upstairs. Be warned, the bathrooms have bidets. After the original shock, they certainly do leave you feeling cleaner. MASTER BEDROOM - If we were not planning on coming anyway, the MB would lure us. Wonderful bed, soaking tub in the bathroom, walk in shower, balcony with amazing views of the mountain (if you are lucky near sun rise, you might get to see the "Sun Horse," a flash of sunlight in the middle of a shaded area, and if you are REALLY lucky you will be there near the full moon, when the mountain itself is illuminate against the sky. Beauty and comfort...as close to perfection as I have seen. Bonus, Ashley always got back to questions quickly.

Magnificent home

We celebrated our daughters wedding in this beautiful home. There were 10 of us and this home has more than enough room. Its beautifully decorated, very homy and the beds are definitely comfy. The home was fully stocked and left nothing to be desired. We loved staying here. The wedding photographer had a blast here with all the beautiful natural light and unique spaces for photos. We definitely want to return . Loved loved loved our stay. If I could give it 100 stars I would.

We loved our stay in Sedona! Ashley is a wonderful host! Great communication! Perfect details throughout the house that made us feel comfortable and appreciated as guests. Location was quiet but accessible to restaurants and activities. We enjoyed skiing at Snow Bowl, hiking in Sedona, eating at Javelina’s, and shopping at Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village. After an active day, we would return and relax in the hot tub. We look forward to returning!

House has a really cool layout. Super clean. The indoor hot tub is great - on a patio with a TV. Indoor towels, outdoor towels, yoga mats. Upstairs TV/game area. One of the bedrooms has three beds - would be particularly great for multiple kids. Kitchen is stocked. High end landscaping and lovely views. Nice neighborhood, close to grocery, hiking, sights, etc. Really responsive owners, answering any questions basically instantaneously.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Extremely spacious, clean, and the view was breathtaking. The hosts were wonderful at responding to our questions and the location was perfect, super close to downtown Sedona. I will certainly consider staying here again and would highly recommend this place for a large group or family gathering.

The best property we have rented through VRBO

This is a really great rental house. It is large and has a great open layout that worked well for our extended family that was traveling together. The house was incredibly clean with everything being in perfect condition. The location can't be beat...close to grocery stores and restaurants. Loved the proximity to Sedonuts and the kids enjoyed being close to the teal arches of McDonalds. The owners are quick to respond to questions and gave great advice on hikes and restaurants. We are hoping to return again soon as we fell in love with the house and the area.

Perfect Thanksgiving Family Vacation

The house and hosts are fabulous. The property is well appointed and maintained, and the kitchen in particular is well stocked (was easy and fun to cook Thanksgiving dinner). We had a family of 8, ages ranging from 5yo to 79yo. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house and its proximity to everything we wanted to see and do in Sedona. And the hosts couldn’t have been more responsive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
