WE stayed with friends, and this place was beyond great. Clean and adequately appointed with all the necessities. We were walking distance to the park directly behind for the event we went for. Sedona Comfort

My wife and I, along with our friends, had a great stay at this property on our hiking visit to Sedona. It was in great location for shopping, restaurants, and central to all of our hiking locations. It was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and had a very private back yard which was great for grilling out or using the hot tub. The house had just about everything that we needed during our stay as well. If we were ever fortunate enough to visit Sedona again I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a beautiful and well kept up house. Can’t go wrong with a place like this!

Relaxing Stay

The minute we walked in the home we felt comfortable. The space is clean and comfortable. It is a very well cared for property. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept well there after long hikes in beautiful Sedona. We were able to walk to trails right from the property, no need to find parking at the trailheads. The bathrooms are clean and well appointed. Overall one of our favorite VRBO's. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Sedona retreat in a great neighborhood

We lived our stay in this home. The beds were super comfortable, the views were stunning and we enjoyed the convenience of the location which kept us out of the primary traffic artery; that way we could opt into our away from traffic as needed according to “rush hours”. Well supplied kitchen; the switch on switch off fireplace kept us cozy in the cooling temps at night; bright home and thoughtful resources left for us about the area; great hot tub for star gazing! We hope to return to this exact house!

Beautiful retreat

Sedona is a place to enjoy, relax and be adventurous. We did all and had a wonderful base to enjoy before and after outings. We were only 3 adults so we had ample space indoors and out. All tools for meals were provided and we were able to prepare breakfasts and several dinners thanks to the grill on the patio. I highly recommend the home for its location, view and amenities for long or short stays.

Beautiful home in Sedona!

Cleanliness was excellent, hot tub was very well maintained and clean, kitchen well stocked and organized! I appreciated that the checkout instructions were easy and not too elaborate, especially considering that there were fairly high fees on top of the initial rental price. One note for travelers, the two smaller bedrooms had (in my opinion) VERY stiff mattresses. Some in our party did not have an issue with this, but for me this was a bit of an issue for my back. Overall great experience here!

Girls Trip

Beautiful clean house. Quiet neighborhood close to town and hiking trails. Enjoyed our morning coffee hanging out on the comfy couches enjoying the views. Perfect getaway.

Beautiful home!

The home was gorgeous and well maintained! Conveniently located, the back yard with hot tub was great, and the view of the red rocks out the front window was stunning. Would definitely stay here again. A few pieces of feedback - all of the towels that were hanging clean were damp when we got there. If there isn’t time to dry them fully between guests, may need to consider a second set. We also found some stray items from the last renter in the living room behind an ottoman that were missed in the cleaning process. Other than these things the house was in great shape!

Fabulous in every way!!

We have stayed in rental homes for many years. This home is superior. A great place for a family - so spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is amazing with high end appliances and so many extras - a dream kitchen while on vacation. There is so much detail with labels for instructions about everything in the home. Loved staying in this home with beautiful views and a great location in Sedona.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The only thing I would add to the property would be more trash baskets. The listing could have been more upfront and transparent as to the final cost, but I don't fault the homeowner for that.

Beautiful Property in Perfect Location

Beautiful property (photos don’t do it justice) in a fantastic location. Property was very clean and included everything you need for a great family getaway. Location is close to shopping and hiking with a beautiful view from the backyard. Only downside was we could not stay longer because we had to get back to work.

Sedona getaway

We really enjoyed the house. The fresh flowers were appreciated (I love flowers). WE used the hot tub everyday! Overall we would definitely stay there again! Very quiet neighborhood, the park can get a bit noisy but it was tolerable. Our only glitch was all the maintenance folks showing up and not announcing they were there. We understand that services happen to the hot tub and lawn, but it would be great if they could knock on the door and let us know. We had a pool guy, lawn care and pest control on site unannounced and we weren't notified prior and it could have been extremely awkward. The owner was very quick to respond and handle. All was good and dealt with.

Perfect property for us

We loved the house, it was gorgeous. Very responsive management company. The quiet neighborhood was just what we wanted for New Years - they didn’t need to utilize the noise monitoring equipment installed in the house. Loved the new air purifier in the house - we sneezed whenever we went out of the house but not inside. The kitchen is STOCKED - we made brownies, chicken dinner, etc. we had everything we needed for equipment and clean-up. We star-gazed from the hot tub on a cool winters’ night. We had a flock of birds visit us every day that kept us entertained from the huge windows. We were treated to heat lamps outside of the master shower and instant hot water when turning on the tap. And we were close to everything we wanted to do in Sedona. There are signs posted about keeping your shoes at the doors - a needed precaution with all the red dirt around Sedona - I would suggest you bring slippers or slides or house shoes when you stay. I’ve read some reviews about this property and some have talked about the Queen beds. My teens stayed in those rooms and one said that their bed was too firm and the other said that their bed was too squeaky. I stayed in the huge king bed and it was lovely. Highly recommended place!
