We got an upgrade to a junior suite which was lovely. The staff were all friendly and really helpful, the bar was a great place to relax, food was exceptional and the dinning room lovely with big windows looking out over the valley. Lots of walks possible from the hotel, would definately go back.

Friendly staff at check-in, great restaurant, clean rooms, beautiful scenery. Be aware there is a geothermal factory very close to the hotel and the pool is not as glamorous and large as it looks. There is nothing in the area but the hotel’s restaurant is very good, makes up for lack of dining options in the area. There is a hiking trail right behind the hotel.

Arik was an amazing help to Our adventures. His recommendation of Laugaras Lagoon was fantastic! We loved the atmosphere and aesthetics of the hotel and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We loved the small yet relaxing pool out under the structure. It had a very apocalyptic look and feeling. The chef makes the most delicious Atlantic cod dish and the quinoa burger is tasty.
