It was absolutely filthy. Black mold in the toilet and used soap on the sink. The parking lot is a mud hole. I actually can’t believe I booked this hotel through Expedia!! It was terrible.

Too many nice motels to stay here

The room was not cleaned when we checked in. The desk person said they were busy the night before with a group of motorcyclists and didn't have time to clean all the rooms. When we asked our options, the desk clerk offered to give us our money back so we could go somewhere else, or call management the next day for a discount or refund. I did call the next day and never received any discount

Havasupi Fall Trip

The hotel was ok. TV operates using Roku and there was not good reception. However, if you stay there to hike Havasupai Falls, it’s a quick stay and a short distance to drive there

Property in disrepair. Everything needs updating. We inspected the room and area. We refused to check in. The lady at the front desk was not friendly and didn’t care at all. Would not recommend this motel. Many transients were living there.

The carpet and walls were very dirty. It‘s right next to railroad tracks, with trains going by every 30 minutes. Very little effort around the grounds to make it attractive.

The room was a complete disaster. We booked a themed room and got the Cars room. At first glance it was quite nice but we shouldn't have looked closer. There was still coffee from the previous guest in the pot. The bedsheets were covered in stains. The bathroom was moldy. Just disgusting. We checked out straight away. Our complaint was acknowledged with a simple "OK". I'm curious to see if the refund will work.

Cheap price i guess, but sitter wasn't working properly, bathroom door doesn't even close, no screen in window so all the bugs and dust come blowing in. Everything technically works. They left plenty of supplies and amenities. WiFi was decent. Some nice decorations.

The bathtub was dirty. Like dust/debris or something. At least it wasn't gooey. That said, it's an old property but with a definite charm for those doing the Route 66 adventuring. To their credit, I accidentally bumped a lamp on the nightstand and broke the bulb and they were very understanding and considerate about it.

Room was small with old stained carpets as expected. Chair looked like it was picked out of a dump. Bad corrosion on sink and tub. But the terrible rating is because there was hair in the shower drain and shavings on the sink. It had not been cleaned at all.

Extension cords everywhere since plugs don’t work, no gfi for bathroom plugs and let’s talk about the plumbing. We stayed on 4/27 for one night and stayed in room 105. Everyone who stayed in the rooms next to us when they showered or flushed the toilet it would back up into our shower. Including our toilet when flushed would also back up into the shower. We woke up to the worst sewage smell. My dad stayed in 104 and his shower wouldn’t drain and when it finally did sewage came back up into the drain. When addressed with the front office she already knew what rooms were having trouble. She said she would have the owners reach out but still not a peep. She also said she would suggest to them a full refund for both rooms. The county health inspector and code enforcement needs to pay them a visit ASAP. I even have a video of the sewage back up for proof. I highly do not recommend this hotel for anyone. If you are the owners reading this then you need to contact me ASAP and resolve this issue.

The hotel was very outdated. Carpet was dirty and beds needed to be replaced. Staff was very kind. Light bulbs were unscrewed and fridge was unplugged. Did not get cold when plugged in

The room and bedding was so dirty and since the heater didn’t work, there was a space heater in the room. We left after 5 minutes and requested a refund.
