On arrival the guest was warned that shared toilet was unsafe. We upgraded to avoid this. During the night (3am) someone tried to enter the room thru connecting door. It is unsafe to stay here

Great property! We used this as a day room as we had a long layover in KL. The hotel is literally outside the airport and in the KLIA shopping mall. Easy to access and quick checkin. The room was large and super comfortable. They give you lots of little extras in the room so you don't need to carry much. Remember it is part of the Plaza Premium Lounge so if you have access to these lounges, you can grab free food and drink from the lounge. The train to KL city is literally there and it takes you to straight to the Sentral. Worked perfectly for us.

Lots of food just outside the hotel because it’s inside the airport terminal 2. Easy access to KLIA Express train and Priority Lounge is just outside the hotel. I have stayed here 4 times.
