Absolutely awful
This place is not clean at all! Believe all the reviews. Its operated by a rental company and even after requesting and them confirming a walk through to address our concerns it was obvious that did not occur. 1st thing we were hit with was a dirty entrance way followed by a big dirty return in the family room. We were a party of 6 which I included before booking and only 4 towels were available. Not including no face or hand towels only 4 drying off towels. Hot tub was inoperable as well. We emailed the host company regarding the many cleanliness issues next morning....blood stains on pillows and bedding and they unannounced sent someone out at 9:00pm the following day with new bedding and pillows also still stained but during a time when we were trying to to take showers and relax. If they would have relayed when/if someone was coming to inspect we would have been prepared. Initially we booked for 4nights but 2 weeks later was told due to the holiday a minimum of 5 nights was required. We paid the extra day but the app shouldn't allow us to book our dates if that is the case. We didn't even stay out entire booking as we were disappointed wth the place. There was insulation coming from the walls in the kitchen where it was obvious something had tried to get into the house. Cobwebs everywhere hanging from every fixture. For the price and laughable cleaning fee stay anywhere else. It needs a deep clean both inside and out but it is obvious the owners/operators aren't concerned
