Disappointed with communication and listing errors

We had several issues during our stay. First off, the pictures on the listing are a completely different property. It’s the same house and layout, but it is not the property we stayed in, there’s no air hockey table and other furnishings are different, etc. the communication with the property manager is a total nightmare. We asked for lightbulbs and nobody showed up. The internet went out for days, and nobody showed up after repeated requests. Nobody showed up until a window literally fell off the house. The hot tub is broken, and although they did give us a small refund for that, they knew it was broken all along and that was something our kids were really looking forward to. When you try to contact management you get a bot response that isn’t helpful at all. I tried to give them an opportunity to make things right and all we got was a bot response that made no sense and was clear they weren’t attentive at all to guest’s needs. Overall the house is great but their lack of attention to guest needs is very disappointing

Horrible property and management

This property was horrible. One of the bedrooms was leaking water from the ceiling some of the other bedrooms beds has holes,the property refrigerator and microwave went out. It was very cold in the property me and my entire family was sick behind it. The management stop communicate after they realized that the complaints were to much for them to handle. This isn't a good property at all, also needs updating.

GREAT STAY

We took our church youth group of 22 and the cabin had more than enough room for all of us. Cabin was clean, had all the cookware we needed and a big beautiful dinning table to seat us all. Location was great, and roads to get to the cabin were good. I would definitely stay here again!

Not worth the Money

It was very dirty! We had to wash everything before we used it. The trash was full outside so we didn’t have a place for trash. The only nice thing about this cabin was enough beds for us to sleep. No hot water on the kitchen side someone finally came at 11 but had to come back next day to fix. Fireplace does not work, cabinet doors were broke. Furniture needs to be cleaned. Jacuzzi tub did not work in one of the rooms. Beds are extremely hard for what we paid for two nights you would think it would be kept up nice. Not Happy and still waiting to hear from the Host about some kind of refund.

Thanksgiving stay

This cabin was perfect for our large family gathering for Thanksgiving. We had 23 people, and it was plenty of room. The cabin was gorgeous, clean, and close to all the Pigeon Forge activities. Highly recommend!

Nice cabin, needs some updates.

Pros: Location was amazing. Right in the middle of everything. It was big enough for all 23 of our group to stay. View was gorgeous. Cons: The place was dirty! The mini blinds were covered in dust. Spider webs in the corners. The tubs had to be cleaned out before we could use them because they were covered in dust and spiders. The jets in two of the tubs did not work. When we got there the air was not working. We finally figured out how to reset it. The top floor is extremely hot. There is not enough air up there. The fridge has a broken bottom drawer. Instead of fixing the drawer the shelves for the door had been removed. It made storing groceries very hard. The can opener was broke. There was no other can opener. There was no broom, mop, or dust pan to keep the floor clean. We purchased a set and left it there. The stove is very slow to warm up. It took twice as long to cook on it and in the oven. The hot eye light was always on. The kitchen did not have enough utensils, plates, or cups for everyone to eat at the same time. We had to purchase disposable ones. The shelves in the cabinets were broke. Some of the cookware needs to be replaced. There is not enough cookware to cook for a large group either. The dryer takes three runs to dry anything. The movie theater chairs were all cracked and old. Pictures for the inside of the cabin do not match the current state of the items in the cabin. There are other things, but I am out of space!

Family reunion

Definitely suited our large family gathering. Hot tub wasn't working but management sent someone second day and took care of it. Only problem we incurred was those sharing bunk rooms only had one shower and bathroom to share. We worked it out. A fun time had by all and very near all activities.

Wonderful Vacation

This house was perfect for my family which is a large group. Nice big dining room table with living room and kitchen as an open room. Made it possible for everyone to communicate and see each other at one time. Beautiful bedrooms with a bathroom for each except two. Good location for hiking in Gatlinburg or activities in Pigeon Forge. Good roads to location, hills not too steep. Parking for five cars. I would recommend for anyone with a large family.

The place is nice but for the money you spend they could update the worn-out furniture and provide better and large t.v.'s that you can watch without a DVD or vhs tape(really though). Satellite t.v. should run throughout the house. Thank God for the firestick. But overall the family enjoyed the stay

Older but overall met our needs

Property definitely looks better in the VRBO pictures. Decor is outdated and several lamps were broken. Plenty of dishes for a large crowd, but towels were in short supply. If the property sleeps 26 it should have towels for 26 people.

First off the door code would not work it was around 40 min before we got in. When we did get in the inside did not look like it did in the picture.It was musty/mold smelling the hotub did not work for two days the beds were old and broken down TV in the main living room didn't work until the last two days we was there because my son fixed it media room TV didn't work it was 2 days before it was fixed for the money we spent it was not worth it so don't waste yours find something better

If you are going to spend $3000 for 2 days you’d expect a really nice space and everything working. Everything is dusty, cabinets were falling apart, hot tub smelled really weird, the cover for the hot tub was broken and needs to be replaced. It was just so so...

Not worth the money

Stayed here with 25 people and it wasn’t up to our expectations at ALL. The house was big and accommodated all 25 of us but for the price we paid the house was terribly out of shape and in bad condition. Almost all of the seating furniture was broken. The pool table was on its last leg, and nothing was really updated. Also - dont expect to watch TV as there aren’t any available except 1 in the basement. The kitchen was not big enough for 25+ people and there wasn’t enough room for everyone to sit at once. More importantly, we got there an hour-ish earlier than check in hoping to check in early and once I called the management to verify housekeeping had already came to clean it (after being on hold for 45 minutes) I was told to “go inside and scope it out myself if I think it’s clean enough” because apparently they don’t communicate with their housekeeping team. Also, it wasn’t. They also claimed previous to this that they’d have the house cleaned plus now they needed an additional hour to sanitize for COVID... well if they haven’t even made the beds, done the dishes in the sink, or mopped the floors by 3pm... when we check in at 4, I really don’t think they spent an extra hour to sanitize the house, or probably even change the sheets. Big house - but not worth the big price tag.
