This hotel is very convenient for a night or two, but the room is small and the staff was not there on arrival or very friendly at breakfast. Also, the headboard of our bed was an actual tree trunk that stuck out over the pillows, so we bumped our heads a lot. Breakfast was also okay, but not great.

I had a informed them we might arrive a little and were told no problem our room is ready. Key in the door and we were in. Fire in the fireplace hot water for hot chocolate etc. Very cozy then breakfast the following morning. They have a menu to choose from. Cooked while we had coffee. Hot off the grill do delicious. Everyone very helpful and friendly. This is our second time there and will use them as again. Thanks.

Fun place to stay

The room was fun with the loft. Would be great with kids. Could use some better lighting at the bedside to be able to read a book. Breakfast was just what we needed.

Great breakfast, nice room. Overall as expected from Expedia description. Unable to get Taxi for 6pm at 5.30pm, had to walk to the harbormaster office with suitcases, recommend to leave plenty of time if taxi is needed (60min+).

Great unique b and b type of place. Self check in was great. Great views, nice staff. Just wish check in wasn’t so late (5pm) and check out so early (10am), but they did let me in early and said I could hang out after 10am so that worked out, in the end… Great vibe.

This is an extremely tiny room where there was no room to walk around by the bed. The expedia listing does not clearly mention that the kitchen, the dining area everything is shared with other residents. The room has no heating source. Our toilet was clogged when we arrived. This place is more like a hostel and not appropriare for family. The breakfast is made to order and the staff was nice, however the quality and option for breakfast is limited. I wonder how this property received all the 10 star reviews. I was heavily mislead by the reviews. Over $275 per night, this was absolutely not worth it. The building and facility is very very old and smelly at places. Only saving grace is the location in the heart of Seward.
