I purchased the hotel through hotels.com and paid for the cancellation feature. Our tournament was relocated 3 days prior over an hour away. I tried to cancel, but hotels.com said the hotel after 48 hours would t reimburse my prepaid money. I am very disappointed in hotels.com because I was only able to use the app to ask if I still had the room the day of. NO REPLY We showed up to see if we had a room and we did to find There was leftover food and drinks in the fridge.

The staff were fresh and new and still learning, but they maintained composure and stayed the course with their customer service, determination to meet everyone's needs, and friendliness. The hotel was very clean and the grounds were well kept. Breakfast was hot and ready to go at designated times with several options for differences in diets. It was quiet, safe and I enjoyed my stay. I will use them again as they are always consistently delivering cleanliness, customer care, and positive attitudes.

Rarely do I post any negative reviews. This time I need to say that the dog smelled of dog or a pet. Dog scents are what I’m most familiar with, so assume it was a dog smell. I have allergies, so I struggled to get a good night’s rest. We tried to spray Lysol spray in the carpet, but it was of little help. In appearance, the room looked impeccable; but the smell was too strong. So sorry for a negative report.

Breakfast had eggs, sausage, ham, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal typical but good options. Our tub was draining slow and backing up. Someone came and fixed it the day I reported it. Much appreciated. Great location

That Smell....

We were put in a first floor room that smelled awful. Musty and smelled like dirty feet. It was late so we just cranked the AC and dealt with it. We were initially planning to stay for 3 days, but went down the street to the Comfort Inn and it was cheaper and much cleaner.
