We had a family suite, and neither TV worked. The room looked like it had the worst "landlord's special" I have ever seen. I checked the bedding, and it had hair on the sheets. The window glass was cracked and had a hole. Almost everything metal was rusted. We checked in late at 10 p.m. but were gone before 5:30 a.m. I was worried walking from my car to the room with my daughter. I have stayed at my fair share of run-down hotels but NEVER anything this bad. I should have known from the beginning at check-in there was a sign that said no refunds after 15 minutes of being checked in.

The room was half painted. Paint drippings all over the floor. Toilet paper holder rotted off the floor. This was not a 6.8 rated room. Had that molded type of smell. Customer service was good. Again, more of a 4.5 rating than a 6.8 rating.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and friendly. The smoke free room assigned to us had issues. The chain to secure from inside was completely broken off and hanging by a screw. The lights between the beds cast connected and when I did connect it, the bulbs were not working. We were given a new room smelled of smoke and could have been better kept in that things were broken or torn off the walls. Bed was comfy though. We normally just come back to sleep and shower so it doesn’t have to “be fancy”

Can't recommemd. Extremely poor experience. Room was not in a condition to occupy. If it was not lso late after having a long travel day and being ill I would have left immediately. I hope the hotel will try and do better.

So much construction going on and every road the GPS told me to take was closed, after almost 30 minutes of driving in circles I gave up and decided to just drive through to San Antonio instead of stopping for the night. I still ended up being charged for the room even though I didn’t stay or even get to check in.
