There is zero customer service at the Copper Queen Hotel. It is strictly a novelty hotel. Our family was celebrating our mother’s 83rd birthday, we made dinner reservations at the hotel 30 days in advance. When we checked i. for our dinner reservation they had given our table away and then lied to us about it, they told us since they gave away our table they could not accommodate us. Horrible staff

The front desk staff was great but for $200+ per night I was expecting more. The hallways and rooms were kind of grubby. In our room the seal around the toilet was cracked and there was water on the floor. That said, you can’t beat the location so we might give it another chance.

Do not go here! We were unable to checkin because there is NO parking. You are expected to park somewhere in town on your own. The advertisement says self-parking, free self-parking on site. We've traveled a lot and this was an impossible situation. We finally found a spot about 1/2 mile away, but it was raining and there was no way we were going to leave our truck unattended in the crazy situation in Bisbee. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING! For the price of the rooms, they should at the least provide a shuttle service to and from a designated parking area. We lost our money, but I hope you don't lose yours.

The rooms are very historic, and I appreciate that, but the beds were so uncomfortable I couldn't get a decent nights sleep. The man at the front desk was very rude to my husband and blatantly lied to him about the parking situation

Older property (obviously) so lacking some conveniences. Street parking in hilly location. Was not told the elevator doesn't work until we were trying to bring our luggage up to our room. So had to haul it up the stairs. Thankfully our room was only on the second floor. But I've since learned that the elevator not working is common so be prepared for that.

This property is historic, that's the only reason we considered staying there. I don’t know where to start…. The property is so ran down….. carpet is so dirty it needs to be replaced, hot water in the shower took about 5 minutes to get to the shower head. The Bar on Friday night had 1 couple in there. The Dining room has 2 sets of people at 6:00 pm….we decided to eat elsewhere. The owners should be embarrassed….
This broken chair was in our room…..we paid $220 for 1 night….. there are other options…

Not the nice place it used to be

The front desk guy was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. I think the room had been cleaned somewhat, but it didn't look quite ready for a new guest. I could not get hot water in the shower and could not get cold water in the sink! It appears they have done some updating, but as cheaply as possible. Sadly, I doubt that I'll stay there again.
