Would recommend. Not a five star for a princess hotel But for normal people it's great especially for the price. Excellent breakfast, VERY secure (safe). Would recommend fixing the sign to make it easier to find. Friendly welcoming staff.

VERY, VERY FAR from “excellent”

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, hard as a rock, I was not able to rest. The first night we arrived tired and late, when I waked into the room I wanted to walk out. The room was nothing like the pictures. The furniture looked like it was picked up on the side of the road on trash day. We stayed because there was nothing else available in the area, and the bed itself actually looked clean. I didn’t get any rest. Next day we switched rooms and the second room was marginally better. At least it appeared cleaner and the bed was very slightly softer. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it was convenient. They had eggs, boiled eggs, home fries, pork sausage, waffles, bagels, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, and one day, chorizo and eggs. Also OJ, tea and coffee. To me this was more like a $40 motel, but it does have an “excellent” potential. It is in a sketchy part of town. Overall I felt I like was cheated, definitely not what I thought I was signing up for, especially for the money. The fountains in pictures were not working, courtyards looked run down, but the pool area was nice. Despite hotels.com description of a heated pool, it was not heated, so we weren’t able to use it. It was one of the original selling points for me, that I did not get. The small hot tub was warm though. They seem to be working on improving the place, so hopefully one day it’ll match its price. I hate leaving a bad review, but I really felt like I was swindled by this place and hotels.com.

Not a destination hotel / Fine for 1 night

A little dated. Clean but room needs updated. Had to turn heater off because it made too much noise. Check in lady was very nice and checked us in quickly but needs to remember that not everybody is against Trump. You guys are in a military town. (Overheard her talking with people before me).

Liked that we could bring our dog and there was a place to eat on site that was very good. The hotel needs attention to detail; fountains not working, plants needed attention, work in process so that is good.

Not clear from listing, but this is a motel with three different buildings. I did not get good instructions on where to go when I checked in. Ended up having to go through dark courtyard. Hard to find room. Not nearly as nice as appears in photos.

What I liked about the hotel, a great bed very clean very quiet unfortunately while I was there, it was under construction and one day. We were without water one day there was a jackhammer going on, but once that’s done, it’ll probably be a nice place.

Comfortable stay in Sierra Vista

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is older however it is in good condition. I liked the court yards that the rooms surround. The room had older furniture however bedding and towels were very nice. Housekeeping was wonderful. It was so nice to come back each day to a very clean and restocked room. Breakfast was good.
