The newly rental renovated rooms are beautiful, very walkable area with restaurants and shopping down the street. two blocks to the beach. They even have a cute tiki bar on site The room has beach towels, chairs, mini cooler! So nice!

Make sure you know where your room is located on the facility. "Bar side" rooms are literally in the bar (Big Tiki). You'll walk through the bar and upstairs to your room. When you exit your room you'll exit into the bar. Music...loud music (live and DJ) are on all day until 9/10pm and can very clearly be heard in the room. I would not recommend staying bar side if you have small children or anyone who likes to nap or go to bed early. Luckily, we didn't so it was basically a 3-day party. Facility is located directly across the street from the beach and there are several bars/ restaurants within a few hundred feet.

We have stayed here many times. We love the location, right in the heart of the village and close access to the beach. We were worried because we had read about all the damage that Siesta Key suffered during the hurricane - but we were pleasantly surprised. The village looks great and the hotel looks great too! We will stay here again. The service is good and the staff are really friendly.

Loved this space. It was clean, location was the best for walking to beach and walking to shops. The tiki restaurant was not stellar. Very short-staffed and lacking communication. We never did eat there because nobody would serve us. Would have been nice to have a vending machine.

It has a kitchenette but nothing in the cupboards to use. Room is cleaned only if you request it. Parking is an issue if you come back to the property later in the evening, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, as patrons if the bar next door take up many of the available parking spots. Rooms are expensive for a 'self service' motel type property.

Wonderful property! 2 minutes walk to the beach. They offer complitary beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and even a beach wagon to carry everything. They also have complimentary bikes and put water bottles and snacks in your room. The tiki bar is fun with great music, food and drinks, but they close at 10 pm to allow people to sleep. The best part is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and always available to help you with a smile. Not cheap but absolutely worth it and we will be back. Would not consider going anywhere else after a stay here!

Issues but will stay again.

Check-In not a good experience cause the young lady after starting Check-In w me and took my id, stopped on two occasions to help other guests who came in after me. Overall a 30minute check-in, ridiculous. Prior to arriving, i calked to ask about hurricane damage, front desk told all rooms renovated. After arriving found this to not be true. Property quickly renovated after hurricanes but only the damaged ground floor rooms and outside common areas—-and a nice job too. Found my room to have no functioning smoke detector. Called front desk, reached same person who checked me in, replied w someone will look at tomorrow. My insistence for safety, someone came to room within the hour. Another day i had no water from bath faucet. Called, and young man said he would research and call me back…never received a call back. Had water that evening. Another day, loss electric in bathroom and half of sleeping room. Owen was fantastic! He immediately investigated the power outage and took quick decision to accommodate my needs. Several days of rotten egg gas smell coming from shower drain. Called front desk, not resolved. Stopped housekeeping staff in 3rd day of smell and they got rid of smell immediately. In conclusion, weak front desk except the wonderful Owen. Fantastic Housekeeping as the place is clean. I will stay here again cause it has a nice pool, great location, and i loved porch outside Room 233.

This place was close to several restaurants, bars and shops within walkable distance. It was about one block to the ocean. We stayed in two different rooms during our visit. Our first room was in the pool building and it was a decent room. Not very large but clean and had most all we needed. We later stayed in a room in the bar building which was a larger and more fully supplied room. It had a sink and kitchenette area. However, because this room was in the bar area, you did listen to music play loud. All day. That was truly the only part that I disliked. You couldn't take a nap because the music was always booming at top volume. They do close at 9p so at least the music stops at that time. Overall, I would stay here again but would stick to the pool side rooms if you're looking for a relaxing vaca vibe. If you're down for the party, the Tiki Bar definitely has it!
