The room was okay. The shower curtain smelt a bit of Body oder and the rub had a crack in it. The staff seemed courteous enough. However the gentleman claimed at first that I did not have a reservation. When I asked them if they had any first floor rooms they almost said no so I had to explain why. They gave us a room with a king bed. However the bed took up almost the whole space making it difficult for me to navigate. We checked out the next afternoon. When the lady at the desk asked why I was checking out early I never got to answer. The gentleman shut the conversation down and told her to just check me out. This process was a bit uncomfortable and they did not even fully check me out until today. When I messaged them and asked why I was receiving a message to check out this morning before 11:00am

Got charged twice for early check in . Walked in the room smelt like poop check toilet and there was something there room needs to be fixed big crack on wall to ceiling Half wall painted different . Heater is loud either really hot or cold . Parking lot was dangerous wasn’t plowed all day till late at night

Great location for skiing King Pine. The grands love the pool and the breakfast. The bathroom was clean but needed maintenance.

The room itself was ok. Better than we expected but the many other things throughout the rest of the establishment has fallen in disrepair. The ice machines, waffle maker and sauna being the most noticeable defects

The continental breakfast did not include any eggs or meats. No bacon, ham, etc. Property was OK. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The shower needs a deeper clean. Otherwise, the hotel was fine. The staff was friendly.

The property does not have an elevator making it difficult for older or handicapped people to get to the 2nd floor rooms. The stair carpet and hall carpets were filthy. But the real problem was bugs in our room. My husband killed 3 bugs the first night. We told the desk clerk the next morning, and nothing was done. The next night, he killed another one in our bed. This kind of service is uncalled for. We expected a resolution to the bug issue after the first night, however, that didn't happen.
