Its dusty edges around the wall. We have to ask front desk for hair dryer. Breakfast is just muffin and coffee. Staff is okey.

I would not call it a breakfast, wouldn’t even call it a continental breakfast.. they had 2 types of coffee, some blueberry breakfast bars, some small, single-serving blueberry muffins, some small packaged, wheat thin type snacks and that’s about it. ‘Snacks and coffee on the go’ is what it should really have be called... but to call it ‘breakfast’ is a far-reaching overstatement. As for the room it was ok, beds were comfy, AC worked well, ironing board had a broken leg and was barely hanging on by a thread. Kitchen was in good working order. There were no toiletries with the exception of a bar of soap for both the sink and bathtub… no shampoo or conditioner. I was glad I had brought some for the trip. The facility was quiet and they did have a good selection of items in vending machines that were located in the laundry room. In all, I was disappointed in the so called ‘breakfast’ they were offering as we could have secured a room alternate hotel for about $40.00 less. I would not go back if the opportunity arose.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our last minute trip. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again!

“Free breakfast” is coffee and nutri-bars. Full kitchen with no utensils, cups, plates. Stating they “ran out”. Customer service was trash mixed with micro-aggressions. Refused to provide paper cup for tea in the evening. Tub, but no stoppers. Dirty air vents and sink drains. Overpriced snacks. No toiletries. Old furniture. Peeling paint. No ice machine. No dish soap to wash ice tray.

When I got inside our room I noticed 3 strands of hair in the bathroom. And they said that breakfast was included but it was only muffins ? I expected eggs and pancakes.

The staff there was very rude very unaccommodating. Not very friendly we were new the area needed a place to sleep for the night and couldn’t because we didn’t have the ID of the other person that was with me. Wouldn’t even let us show a picture of his ID.
