Had a very nice stay at the villas at Simpson Bay. The view from the room right out at the water was lovely, and the pool in front of the villas was great. Breakfast at the restaurant, which was included, was quite good. I found the steak restaurant which was on premise was overpriced, so we did not eat there. The Red piano bar on premise had great entertainment

Kivia from Replay bar was so funny and friendly. He made we and my family laugh a lot. Anna at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Very nice room and clean too. I would return to this property when I return to St. Maarten. Walkable to shops. Check out Nowhere Special Restaurant and Skip Jacks Restaurant. The best food and service in the area.
