When my friend and I arrived the staff was beyond accommodating! We got our room upgraded to a higher floor for a better view. We were treated like family and everyone was beyond amazing. The hotel alone is beautiful with so much to do. And let’s talk about the food….first hotel i stay At that the food is really good! If staying here try the ribs plate! In my opinion it’s better than the famous Captain Rib shack! Shout out to Minerva she’s beyond amazing, Sophie she’s also so nice and makes you feel like she’s your aunt! And Ziggy is a great time!!!

This resorts did good by me. I guess where it gets confused is that the hotel itself is not a 5 star hotel it does need a major upgrade on a lot of things. But overall it’s very clean, employees are friendly, willing to assist and accommodate. Most water activities are in this hotel which makes it very convenient. While others will have to come from other resorts for the water activities we just need to walk from our room to aqua mania which was great by the way. The parties were Littttyyyyyy as everything is close to this resorts restaurants, clubs, and other activities. I will definitely be back.

Everything was amazing about this property, the only thing I did not like is the fact that it doesn’t say we have to pay for the gym, and I had to pay for the gym when I went there.
