Super good location, large share kitchen available on upper floor. Shower facilities available after check out (inside the mall, not belongs to the hotel). It is a budget hotel INSIDE the mall on 4/F, good for shopping, especially under wet weather.

Great hotel and amazing staff

All the staff from reception to housekeeping went above and beyond. Special mention to Idzzy from the reception who is so thorough and friendly. Pham the housekeeper is one of the most hardworking individual. Hotel is in a great location and value is great. We will definitely return.

This is THEE PLACE TO STAY WHEN IN SINGAPORE!!! It is in the perfect location! It is close to all major sites and the MRT! It is connected to a Shopping Center which has great shops and food...even McDonald's! The Customer Service is exceptional! Lisa is very kind and knowledgeable! Ash is the epitome of Customer Service. She goes Above and Beyond to make sure that Customers are truly Happy and Well taken care of! LYF Live Your Freedom is exemplified throughout the Unique Design, Decor, and Funky sayings throughout! It is Avant Guard in such a positive way!

Good value basic hotel suitable for short stays. Staff were nice and hotel/rooms clean. Toiletries provided. Convenient location. Not to far from main tourist attactions in Singapore Unfortunately I didn't sleep well on the first night as our room was directly opposite the HVAC (air conditioning units) for the adjacent building which were noisy. We were offered another room (better) but no discount as the hotel stared it wasn't their responsibility - however in my opinion they shouldn't sell this room at the same rate as others. I wouldn't expect to pay full price for a theatre ticket with restricted view for example.

Hotel is located above funan mall which is very convenient for a lot of stuff ,from dining to our walked to Chinatown which is about 20 mins. Staff are friendly and approachable .would love to stay at this hotel next time i come back to Singapore
