Room is clean but quite old, location is pretty average. Tv only works for 2 channels, maintenance guy was pretty rude and said its due to some hotel upgrades, but hotel staff fails to give explanation. Room is lacking proper rubbish bin and the air con is very weak and takes a whole night to cool down the room, which is bad for a place as hot as Singapore. Maintenance and hotel staff once again was quite unhelpful, saying it's 'normal'.

What I liked is close to all famous tourist spots and what I don’t like is the front desk customer service isn’t that friendly they never smile no greeting when we arrived, snd the room isn’t complete no hair conditioner, missing face towel. Yes they fixed the bed but forgot to refill the coffee and cream pocket. I will not recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
