The room waa great and clean. The staff was very nice. You ahould let people know about the additional 15 charge for the "canteen and or drink purchases" that the make you run a card for in case you decide to use those services. It should be option, not a must. It gets refunded but still. Some people might not have the funds.

The staff was very attentive, the room was amazing as always. I love staying in this hotel, I always try to stay here when I visit Sioux Falls. It is clean, new, comfortable and has a great classy feel to it. The breakfast is wonderful with a view of the water too. If this place had a hot tub and maybe a sauna or steam room, it would be absolute perfection. The pool is very nice and the pool area is warm.

My tissue box was empty. I had half a roll,of toilet paper. I had no bags in my trash cans. My remote was held together by tape. The bed was comfy but not the linens. The bottom of the pool looked dirty so we skipped it. The work out area was state of the art. My bedside tables had not been wiped down. They were still sticky from the previous folks. The shower is a trickle and takes forever to warm up.

The property is super clean and the staf was very friendly. The breakfast was the best i have had for a very long time. There is good shopping withing walking distance. The lake view is nice.
