The staff was great, the breakfast was good, room comfort ok but hard showering as rod was lose on the wall , carpet by air conditioner was wet, they said they thought it was condensation.

The front desk staff at check in is horrible! Horrible! No customer service. Not at all pleasant. Confrontational. Rude. Overall unpleasant demeanor. I cancelled my upcoming reservation at this place to never have to deal with any of this. Breakfast was 'eh' and the coffee barely resembled and tasted like coffee. Nope. This place is a big No for me.
