SIJAINTI, SIJAINTI, SIJAINTI ... SUUNNITTELUASEMA GLAZE MEADOW POOL & SPORTS COMPLEX, YET hyvin rauhallinen ja yksityinen 2 1/2 ACRES! Yksi Black Butte Ranchin suurimmista eristä ja parhaista paikoista! Tämä 3000 SQ. FT. Luoteis Nykyaikainen lomamökki kotiin, jossa 2 Master Suites on täydellinen perhejuhliin, golf-ryhmiä (7 sänkyä), tyttöviikonloppu ja täydellinen vain rentouttavalle lomalle. Meillä on samat vierailijat palaavat joka vuosi!

Pitkä yksityinen ajotie johtaa sinut tähän Luoteis-tyyliin kotiin. On olemassa useita pysäköintialueita, jotka sopivat ystäville ja perheelle. Tämä koti on hyvin avoin ja tilava koko suuret huoneet. Great Room on erittäin korkeat katot kivi takka, avoin ruokasalissa ja Keittiö. Kansi on erittäin suuri, täydellinen viihdyttävä!

Ensimmäinen makuuhuone (king size-vuode) on tärkeimmistä taso ja avautuu kannelle yksityiselle puolelle. Siinä on remodeled kylpyhuone, jossa on poreallas ja erillinen suihku. Se on myös erittäin suuri walk in closet.

Toinen makuuhuone on päätyyteen lähellä makuuhuone ja on myös king size-vuode. Täydellinen kylpyhuone sijaitsee tämän makuuhuoneen vieressä.

Toinen Master-sviitti (queen-vuode) sijaitsee yläkerrassa, jossa on oma parvi-alue. Siinä on myös parivuode, joka on piilotettu nurkka-alueelle, täydellinen lapsille! Isossa kylpyhuoneessa on suihkukaappi ja erillinen suihku. Tämä kolmas Master-sviitti 3. kerroksessa on kolmas makuuhuone.

Alakerran kellari on uusi lisäys. Lisäsimme uuden makuuhuoneen, jossa on 2 kaksoset ja kerrossänky (4 vuodepaikkaa). "Cowboy" -huone on pois pelihuoneesta ja siinä on kylpyhuone
lähellä. Pelihuone on uusittu. Lisäsimme takan, uuden maton ja liukuoveen suuren patioon. Tämä huone sopii lapsille; pelit, TV jne .; Hyvä paikka lapsille hengailla, kun vanhemmat ovat yläkerran seurusteluun :)

Denia voidaan käyttää kerrossänkyhuoneena teini-ikäisille, koska se sijaitsee pois mutahuoneen sisäänkäynnistä. Tämä on pienempi huone, johon mahtuu 2 lasta mukavasti. Tätä pidetään viidenneksi makuuhuoneena.

We have been having family vacations at BBR (almost annually) for 48 years, and this, by far, is the best house that we have rented. It is spacious, ideally located (near Glaze Meadow pool and pickleball courts), and it is also secluded. When we arrived it was clean and neat; the kitchen is large and has everything needed to prepare meals. The new deck is stupendous for big family meals. The TV is Smart and the wifi worked perfectly. Dean and Annmarie are also the consummate hosts. And this 3-point buck greeted us almost every day. We will be back!

Tis was an excellent propery for our family. It was close to the Glaze Meadow pool and pickle ball courts. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. My only suggestion would be a larger BBQ.

Great location, large house

We've stayed at Black Butte Ranch many times, and this was one of our favorite homes thanks to its great location and spacious layout. We were a group of three families, six adults and six toddlers, and the house had more than enough room for everyone. The layout was toddler friendly and safe for kids as well.The home is in an ideal location right next to the Glaze Meadows pool, and the open garage and long driveway gave the kids a safe place to play and ride their bikes. There’s ample seating both inside and out on the deck, making mealtimes easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics needed for cooking.We had a few questions & issues during our stay, but the host was extremely responsive and helpful in getting things resolved quickly.The only downsides were that the bedding (pillows, sheets, etc) felt old/outdated and the price was a bit higher than similar properties, especially with the additional new BBR guest fee not included upfront unlike some other listings.Overall, this home worked really well for our group, and we'd happily stay here again!

Perfect location

This house was perfect for our family and the location was ideal. It is so close to Glaze Meadow pools, tennis and pickleball courts, golf course, and easy access to bike paths. The house is very well equipped to handle large families. The owners are great and responded promptly each time I contacted them. Black Butte Ranch is such a family friendly resort area and this house was perfect for our family.

Wonderful family-oriented vacation home

This home was well equipped and sized for our large family. It facilitated family meals inside or outside and great interactions with kids, teens and adults. Wonderful Stay

My family and I stay in Black Butte Ranch twice a year and have been doing so for over 30 years. This home is a nice stay and the owners are wonderful. There are a few things I would caution other renters on. The bedrooms are a bit unique for younger kids. The bunk room is on the lower levels so a monitor will be needed. Another room is off the front door and separate from the home. Almost like an entry way mud room which took us forever to find. Good for an adult but not so great for kids. Over all the owners were lovely and communicated really great. I would return to this home for sure but would make sure to include monitors incase the little ones woke and didn't know there way around the house.

Perfect house for multiple families, center Ranch

The house was perfect for our families. It feels like a private oasis despite being near the GMRC, and the golf course. Plenty of room for everybody to have their space and the kitchen was well appointed. The pantry was a really nice feature. Overall would highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed the location of the house. We were close to the pool and the playground for the kids and we took advantage of the tennis and pickle ball courts. The kitchen was great for large family meals.

Excellent house

Excellent home with ideal location for family vacation. The house sits across the street from the Glaze Meadow facility, which includes an indoor pool with a water slide, an outdoor pool, hot tub, shallow wading pool, locker rooms (with showers) small "cafe" with coffee/drinks/a few food items, gift shop, spa, bike rental facility, playground, and pickleball courts. Bike paths all around. House is back off the street and was very quiet. Well stocked house with all the equipment needed to make any meal (they even have a waffle maker). Beds were comfy. Washing machine was large and they have two dryers (the one in the garage works very well). Air conditioning worked well to give everyone a cool spot to rest in the middle of the day. Both adult movies and some Disney movie DVDs provided on the lower level. We used the DVD player and it worked well. The only flaw we noted was that one of the couches sinks a lot in the middle - but this turned into a fun moment watching a family member try to escape the couch! All in all, a wonderful house in a great location.

Great location but fell short in terms of a Black Buttte Resort.

I have two pages of handwritten notes with issues we experienced here. The furnishings in this beautiful home are in disrepair or uncomfortable or noticeably unclean. A tear in a sheet, a filthy filter in the upstairs AC unit, mildew, cobwebs in can lights, distinct odor at the kitchen sink. We have rented at BBR for years. Certainly for the price, this house does not meet the standards of a rental at this resort.

Fabulous home in Black Butte

Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. House was well stocked with great access to the rec center and bike paths. Plenty to do for all ages. Communication with property owner was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to for a place to rest and relax.
