The staff was nice, and the room service people were friendly. The rooms seemed recently renovated and the furniture new. The lobby was under construction during our stay so everyone was using the staff entrance, so things were a little cramped coming and going, but that’s understandable.

The room was cute, clean, and very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, and although there is construction going on we weren't affected by it at all. We didn't pay to park in the garage spaces underneath the hotel, but didn't have any problem finding street parking. The location is fantastic - located in a quieter area just steps from multiple beach parks, cute restaurants, and a short drive from anything else we wanted to go to.

I must have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express! 😉 Clean, modern room, comfy bed, came to see the Chameleons at the Belly-Up, easy walk to and from. Full breakfast, coffee. All ya need.
