Everything here is really nice! Room is updated and very clean ! Staff is extremely nice and helpful. I don’t know New Jersey but it seems to be in a decent neighborhood. There’s a shopping center very close by. Later check out and later breakfast times.

I’ve never been treated so poorly by hotel staff.

I booked a room 3 months in advance and messaged the hotel to confirm I’d booked the room with the in-room jetted tub. They confirmed. Great, because I only chose that hotel for the in-room tub. Fast forward to when I arrived, and I was given keys to a room with no in-room tub and not even a tub in the bathroom. Ok, mistakes happen. I went to the front desk to let them know about the mix up, and I was met with the most condescending and gaslighty front desk person. She talked over me to tell me that I didn’t book the in-room tub room, I didn’t message the hotel, and the room I was given had a bathroom tub—none of which is true. It was so rude and so bizarre, to lie about easily proven, objective facts, and to try to make it sound like I was in the wrong. I got frustrated and walked away. All they needed to say was, “I’m sorry, there’s been a mistake. I wish there was something we could do.” Then I’d be fine, it’d be over. But to not listen to me, acknowledge the issue, or ask how to make it right? That’s hospitality 101. I paid for a room I didn’t get. But 5 days later, still no news on a refund from hotels.com.

The pillows were terrible, way way too soft. The shower head needs to be updated. But the room was very nice, neat and clean. Plenty of space for 3 people. The breakfast for 2 mornings was very good. The hotel staff was very friendly, everything was very neat and clean. We would definitely book again at your hotel.

Mixed bag

The hotel itself was very nice and clean as well as convenient to find. We had stayed here a couple years ago and were happy. This time the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't switch rooms. After 11 pm the hotel.was really quiet except for the room next door. They had a white noise machine or CPAS machine running all night. We could hear it through the walls and several family members were kept awake until 3 am. We didnt call the front desk as we knew the hotel was totally full. The next morning at breakfast, the kitchen and seating area was wall to wall people. They ran out of food except for a couple items by 9:45am. Breakfast went until 10 am. The beds seemed to be harder this time and it was hard to get comfortable to sleep. We will return here in the future if needed, but hopefully with less issues. The night crew was excellent in providing extra blankets, ideas for dinner and excellent checkin service.

I like the peace and quite I didnt like that the breakfast options were so limited and pretty much the same menu considering we stayed for two weeks. I must point out Maggie and her warmth and exceptional service, she went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was a memorable one.
