Requested a crib when I booked but was told no crib available after waiting for a hour after check in. There is a large gap between the air conditioner and the window, and air is leaking through. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Requested a higher level away from elevator room when booking but received a second floor room right next to the elevator. The staff member said the request made through Expedia do not transfer.
