Room was in good condition. Spa was not very well attended showers need remodel and we’re not being cleaned - towels were not picked up it did not give a good impression. Spa services and entrance fees were overpriced for quality and appearance. Room service was extremely slow - front desk staff was very nice but hotel is understaffed. Grounds are kept nice. Corporate element is very noticeable and has ruined what was once a beautiful resort.

If we could give 20 stars we would! Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Our room and the entire hotel sparkled. The staff was so polished, yet so friendly and approachable. We had delightful food in the bar and restaurant. The grounds are so beautiful. We can hardly wait to return!

Each time we stay at the Fairmont the service is impeccable! The rooms are clean and comfortable. We love the spa and the grounds. The restaurant is also fantastic. We will be back soon!

We (my 3y/o Pekinese, Rames and I) spent Christmas day and that night at the Sonoma Mission Inn. I really loved the welcoming atmosphere that included dogs! I loved the "love energy" in the space. We dined at the bar and the service and food were excellent. We spent time in the common areas talking with others briefly sharing personal histories. The service was excellent from the moment I pulled into "valet" service, to housekeeping - the room was well appointed and immaculately clean. It was a perfect day. I plan to make this a Christmas tradition. Thank you, Sonoma Mission Inn staff, for creating a welcoming and loving space for everyone...especially the dogs!
