The television didn’t have good reception to the point of not watchable. The breakfast was awful; the scrambled eggs were from a mix, the waffles were store bought frozen which they toasted ahead and put in a warming tray that made them inedible. It’s cheaper to make batter and pour it onto a waffle iron which is unskilled labor. Your staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions about local activities. They could probably pour waffle batter on an iron. Real eggs would have been nice too.

Absolutely loved the Senora area! It was a charming little downtown area that ovvered many shops and eats, all within walking distance from the hotel.

The cost of a Saturday evening stay at this 1960s-style hotel, priced at $213 (5/31/25), was slightly higher than expected. The previous week, we had opted to stay in a new hotel suite for $20 less in San Luis Obispo.

Breakfeast was awful No eggs just eggs waffles and sausage. Had to walk a ways to get to the breakfast room. (It was in the next Bulls and up stairs The stairs were very unkept. Hotel states they are pet friendly but no where to take them to go potty.

This was a nice place to stay with good rooms and amenities. We were in the Gold Rush Building. If you are booking, see if they will put you on the back side of the building. We were on the front side, and traffic noise woke us up in the morning. That said, I was traveling with friends, and they put us all in adjacent rooms, which we appreciated.

Old, outdated and lots of stairs

Building very old poor soundproofing. Directly on a very busy noisy highway. Bathroom remodeled rest of room not. Carpeting looks 40 yrs old. Drapes did not fully cover window. Shower gel empty, lotion empty. "Breakfast" a short walk down the street to another motel.
