Decent hotel with friendly staffs

Overall, my stay was fine. Since my room faced the front entrance, it was a bit noisy at night with trucks parking and starting up. The AC was also somewhat loud, even in sleep mode. However, parking was convenient, the location is close to many restaurants, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Longest checkin ever. I have been in places where all this is done in advance. There were a half dozen folks waiting behind me. Painfully slow and over complicated process. Clerk was fine but processing was maddening.

Walking in, the first thing my boyfriend and I noticed was a giant stain on the bed. He works in hospitality and never likes to make things harder for other workers in the same field, so we did not call the front desk about it, but if I had been alone, I would have called in a heartbeat! Room was good, enough space for two people. The bed was a little hard, but it wasn’t too bad. Was woken up at about 8am on the first morning because my room was next to the breakfast room, so I heard the employee walking, talking, and wheeling things in. It was hard to go back to sleep after being woken up by loud bangs! Overall, okay stay. Might spend a little more and try the Sonora Inn right down the street next time so I can have a little bit more rest.

Old and dirty with horrible traffic noise day and night. The bed was comfortable and breakfast room is a convenience- don’t expect much- the eggs are undercooked warmish powdered eggs and every day there was semi warm reheated and re-served sausage type links that I wasn’t real sure about. Terrible frozen waffles but the rest is your typical muffins and fruit etc. Breakfast room staffers were great, front desk was rude and disorganized- the overnight staff looked like they were pretty methed out. There’s no spa as pictured. Parking was terrible and blocks spots so that they actually called me to make me move for someone else. Not my prob while I was out to dinner that another guests vehicle was too big and caused the parking lot to be blocked. Then suddenly I can’t park in front of my own room after paying for a full week. Get it together people.

We booked two rooms for a day — one smelled fresh and clean, while the other had a noticeable musty odor. It’s unclear what caused it, but it definitely stood out in comparison. The area at the back of the inn, where our rooms were located, also had an unpleasant smell outside. On a positive note, the front of the property looked nice, the lobby was very clean and modern, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

No maid service. When I went down to the front desk, I told the lady (Jenn) that we did not get maide service and we were ok with that, however we would need towels, due to we would be checking out early the next day. Jenn told me that she could only give me towels of I turned the dirty one’s into her. I let her know that I needed the steps and would be back. I giess I was expecting an apology and either getting the towels or someone bringing them to our room????
