The hotel was clean and conveniently located…great for a short stay and a backpack, but the description failed to mention the FOUR FLIGHTS of stairs and NO elevator. I’m 60 and my husband is 63. We are on a three week vacation and as such we each had a suitcase weighing just shy of our airlines 50 lb limit. Needless to say, my husband had to carry both suitcases up and then down the stairs. Also, although it says the manager is available 8-8, they are not always on the property and it took over three hours to get a simple response during working hours. And finally, it was hit or miss whether your tiny shower would be cold or scalding.

Pros- Friendly staff and house cleaning in the mornings. They had a nice breakfast menu each morning that was included. There was good air conditioning also. Cons- This was originally listed as a waterfront property. It is nowhere near the water. When I inquired about it, they blamed it on Expedia and offered no credit back to me. The listing has now been changed. The rooms are on the 3rd floor which is 6 flights of steps up with no elevator and no one there to assist. Parking is across the street and the charge is $25 per day even though parking could be available directly in front of the building, Also, the ground level and floors one and two in the building are not lit. Therefore if you get in after sunset, you’ll be walking the stairs in the dark. There’s no staff on site in the late afternoon/evening either. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone and everything going on around you. The pillow are super thin and need to be replaced and the shower is the size of a small camper sized shower.

Everyday we had a breakfast wheeled to our room which was so lovely and convenient. The room was perfect and the staff superb. I would highly recommend staying here because of the location as well. It was so close to the train and walkable to cafes and shopping. Loved it!

property was nice but located in a third floor and no elevators. hard to bring heavy luggages up. the staff treated us nice but never let my wife use the bathroom as we came in. it wasn’t what we expected it.

Superb location

The stay was amazing. The location is superb, literally 3 minutes away from the bus station( that you can get a direct bus from Naples airport). The only negative is it is on the 3rd floor with no lift , so big suitcases would struggle a little, but other than that, we absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Near to Sorrento city centre, near enough to walk to the port to take ferries to Positano/Amalfi/Capri.

The property is a short walk from town on a quiet street. The room had everything we needed and worked well as a central location for planned activities. Our only concern was the third floor location, which for us (over 70) was a little difficult to navigate with heavy suit cases.
