Too cold in lobby where breakfast is served due to the cold air blowing in during breakfast/checkout time. Food got cold in a hurry, trying to sit there. Need a partition to help block air coming in from front entrance.

It was way better than expected. My issue is with hospitality in particular. It's sad that if you have a early appointment that you have to pay extra. Was in town for a funeral that started at 10. I couldn't come in a day earlier because of work.

This hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here 7 years ago and great stay then. This time there had just been a shooting 2 months prior in the hallway by our rooms. Gunshot holes in the door frames was not a pleasant sight for children to see. One of our rooms did not have a manual door lock. Sink stopper was broke, allowing the plunger to continually stay close and the sink to always fill up with water. Paint peeling in the bathroom and on the bathtub. Remote didnt work for the t.v even after batteries were changed. Noone was allowed in the fitness center. Just a very rundown, lack of maintenance hotel.
