Room was clean; the bed makes a noise like something is loose underneath. Staff was very corteius and competent. Breakfast is fairly modest but so are many hotel breakfasts today.

Kudos to the staff. All parameters of a good stay were met and exceeded. Five stars. The desk associate was especially nice. I am grieving the passing of my adult son, so her empathy and attentiveness were so deeply appreciated.

Room was spacious but dated. Lacked some attention to detail. Ceiling was peeling, receptacles on bedside table weren’t functioning and I noticed that they weren’t plugged in. Didn’t plug them in as I thought maybe it would be hazardous. Volume on the television was not working. Staff was very nice. Not being petty, but these things cannot be addressed if you aren’t aware of them. The lobby and breakfast area were very nice.

Older hotel & tried to modernize the bathroom. Unfortunately, no fan, very small & did not like the hygiene products on the wall for all to use. The room was clean & very nice. Most of the staff friendly however they were gathered in the supply room cursing up a storm. I’d stay again, but if you’re going to update-hire a professional. TY

Check-in process was confusing. We were asked to provide two different credit cards for incidentals and the pet fee, and I'm still unclear about the explanation why. Room had water damage on the ceiling, broken knobs on the jacuzzi, and a pile of cat litter in the corner from the previous guest. Bed was comfortable though, and sufficient for one night's stay.

The staff was courteous, the room was okay. There was water damage in the shower ceiling, and the towels have seen better days. There was no cable TV for the full stay, and there was no hot breakfast on the second morning.

The hotel has had a recent renovation. The common areas are very nice. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the shower in our room 203 was unacceptable. I wouldn’t let my least favorite uncle use it. It had mildew rust and cracks. The curved shower rod curved down making the curtain fall away from the walls, allowing water all over the floor and into the foyer. If Jennifer Leigh had had this shower in psycho she may have survived past the first third of Psycho.

Staff at check in did not communicate key information. The room was in awful condition. The tub was cracked, the wall was falling apart, the towels smelled. This hotel is not up to the standard of even an average Hampton Inn
