I just happened to take my dog for a walk in the grass where maintenance leaves stuff. Outside should be cleaned up and rooms with things, curtains should be closed. The only reason I gave you a 4 on cleanliness.

La Copa was booked and they booked us at The Tiki Condominiums. These condos have zero lighting at night and no parking at the actual condo. I went back to LaCopa to get a refund. The staff said all managers were gone. I didnt receive a refund. Their staff was extremely unprofessional. I had to go to another hotel to book a room for the night. I will never stay at LaCopa again.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. Our room also had a lot of space. Nice pool area and great beach access. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The king-size bed in our room was not that comfortable nor were the pillows. The sleeper sofa was awful to sleep on. We were on the 1st floor and had a patio but, there were no dividers between the other rooms to provide any privacy. Also, the noise from the AC did not make it pleasant to sit outside which was disappointing. Since we were on the 1st floor, there was a lot of noise coming from all the traffic to and from the pool area. Perhaps if we would have been on a different floor, it might have been a better experience.

I love that it takes 5 min to get from my room to the beach. The staff is always wonderful. Rooms are spacious. We loved the pool and hot tube. Loved my drinks/ food from the bar and grill. Love that the store is open 24/7. We’ve stayed the last two years

For the price paid for an ocean view room, I was kinda disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room was rather hot, and beds uncomfortable. The porch had lights on all night (no controls), limiting the night view of the water.

2 day stay on the 4th floor close to the kitchen area and everything was great until we saw several small roaches in the bathroom at night. They were all over our toothbrushes at the sink. I did report it when we left.

Our room was on the first floor, which is tile throughout. It was very noisy. In our room, we could hear even a whisper uttered in the hallway. Cleaning carts, suitcases, everything was so loud, I was awoken very early every morning due to this. Staff were all 1000% awesome! Friendly, attentive, genuine. The pool area is great, and the walk to the beautiful, clean beach is short. So, maybe another floor would have been better, less traffic, carpeted to reduce noise, etc. Would give another try, and book early enough to get an ocean-side view with a balcony. GREAT BREAKFAST!!!

We stayed on the 4th floor with an extended balcony, so we had a great view and plenty of space to sit on the balcony with it's 4 chairs and table. The parking can be tight so if you get a close up spot consider yourself luckt. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Cafe staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The giftshop had plenty of items to choose from and some are discounted. The pool area was nice and clean. Our room was spacious since it was only 2 of us and we had a double bed, pull out sofa and balcony with a view of the ocean. The room felt it needed updating with the balcony door and the door that took me several times to try to unlock after it was green. Staff is constantly cleaning so every smelled fresh. Beach access was really close and convenient. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. We both had a great time.
