I was given a Handicap Room in a hotel on mondsy night with bad weather. Low Occupancy. Asked fromt desk for a different room and was told no other King Rooms Available. Do to late check in i wouldn't be able to rebook. The Handicap Shoeer is Unsanitary. I deserve a Full Refund

Rooms are ok but beware of keys. You could lock yourself out as keys keep on not working. You need to call reception and they take time to come. Renovations in progress so check before you book. Only good thing is breakfast with nice omelet and hot tacos. Also manager was understanding and kind enough to refund my money.

I really enjoy staying at La Copa every time I visit SPI. The only thing that is something that should be changed, is the keys to the rooms. It never fails they will not work. Then you have to go to the front desk to have them repaired. Other than that, it's great!

Very nice to stay, only one thing ill keep in mind for next time, dont stay under breakfast area. I was in room 308 and breakfast is served on the 4th floor. Right above us and it was very noisy. With tables being moved around and people walking around so early.

We stayed in the ocean view junior suite. It has a large balcony on the 4th floor. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. The ocean view was fantastic. You could even see the pool below if you walked to the edge of the balcony. If you wanted to just hang out in privacy you could sit at the table w/ 4 chairs. The hotel was very clean. They were putting in new tile in the 1st floor hallway. It was not loud or disturbing. The breakfast was excellent, with a view of the Laguna Madre from the dining room windows The hotel was conveniently located near great restaurants and clubs. We will definitely stay here again when we are in South Padre. Highly recommended!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Half the hotel was closed. The room was just ok But the worst part is they charged for us to use there chairs and umbrella??? And we had to take my own trash out??? We will never return to south padre because of this experience. By the way we did try to cancel in advance when they sent me a message about half the hotel being closed. They refused to cancel
