This one of a kind amusement park-style beach house can accommodate multiple families with sleeping up to 34 people!

Our beautiful property is located only a few steps to the beach. The house is perfectly situated across from the beach between handicap beach access #3 and #4. The location on the island couldn't be better with its proximity to restaurants, the South Padre Island entertainment district, retail shopping, and is close to the grocery store. Our home is ideal for a family retreat, family reunion, wedding venue, birthday party, quinceañera, team activities, sports training camp, or just stay here to immerse yourself in an island getaway filled with relaxation. This house is blended with modern and vintage touches. The house is sitting on a huge lot, 13,100 square feet (0.30 acre). Being a PET-FRIENDLY property, there is plenty of space to play with your pets!!! It is the biggest corner lot for a vacation rental house in South Padre Island with a huge backyard! This house offers a lot of privacy because it is located on the corner of Gulf Blvd and East Corral Street. The 2nd floor is newly built and offers ocean views!

Parking:

The property has two parking areas. Depending on the size of the vehicles, the two parking lots (by Gulf Blvd and East Corral St) can accommodate 8 to 10 vehicles. There are plenty of public parking spaces by Gulf Blvd as well if guests need additional parking. Guests can go to the newly built third-floor observation deck to take in Ocean Views! It's a great spot to see the beautiful South Padre Island Beach and Gorgeous Gulf of Mexico! From this deck, you can also see the famous SPI summer fireworks, layout in the sun or simply bring a book to read.

Half-size Basketball Court with a professional size 72”, in-ground, tempered glass basketball hoop. The basketball court can be used for special events and also has a mobile Pickleball Net. One of a kind professional design outdoor golf putting green and chip shot practice for adults and children. Special feature Typhoon Pool Water Slide and poolside basketball hoop. Oversize heated pool with sitting bench in the water. The pool is newly re-plastered. The depth of the pool is from 3 ft to 7 ft. Having a 7ft deep pool is very unique in SPI and can be used for special purposes. The pool is one of the largest for vacation rental houses on South Padre Island! The pool was just completely redone and a Brand new hot tub was added with a waterfall! Features one of a kind artificial turf sports court for fun activities like soccer, volleyball, & football all with a rebounding net that stops the ball even when you miss the goal! Every bedroom has its own cable TV. There are a total of 11 Flat Screen TVs in this home! Free WIFI! Guests can watch all their favorite TV programs, spend time on social media and enjoy online entertainment in the comfort of their own bedroom. Every bedroom is equipped with a desk or mini workstation for guests to do any type of work. Provide security cameras on the outside of the home ONLY to monitor the parameter. (Cameras are not inside the home.) 1915 Gulf also entails beautiful hand-painted murals by local artists and more than 10 different types of regional plants that surround you in a private oasis!

Since this home is so large, we have installed cameras that guests can use to monitor the pool and putting green areas! And don't worry, the cameras are not recording, they are just there for you to keep a close eye on your kids and/or loved ones playing in the pool and outdoor areas while you are inside!
