Shady Maple invites you to come and stay a while in our fully furnished, well-stocked home that has ample space for everyone. Lounge around the 55" Smart TV in the comfort of the living room and enjoy streaming movies, playing board games, or simply enjoy catching up with everyone. Gather on the large outdoor deck to enjoy the amazing weather, outdoor dining, and a huge partially fenced backyard that is perfect for playing fetch with your furry family member.



We love our guests and are happy to interact as little or as much as you prefer. We are always available to answer any questions or needs.

Shady Maple is nestled in a well cared for mid-century neighborhood that is perfect for evening walks and enjoying time spent relaxing outdoors. It's quiet yet has easy access to I-90, downtown, shopping, and recreational activities. Our neighbors are great!

Guests have full access to the main level of the home and yard. There is no guest access to the basement.

Guests will receive their smart lock key code the day of check-in.

The code is scedule to activate at the 4 pm check-in time and deactivate at the 10 am check-out time.

Any exceptions to the check-in or check-out time must be pre-approved in writing. Thank you!

Awesome property!!

We were in town for a family funeral and decided to stay with our children, spouses and granddaughter. This property was very centrally located to all our activities and we were delighted to find this property in a wonderful neighborhood! We took a couple walks and felt safe and welcome. There was a great little old school video game machine that or boys sure enjoyed exploring. All in all we had a wonderful experience and I HIGHLY recommend!!

Perfect Family House

This was the perfect spot for our annual family trip to visit relatives in Spokane. The little details weren’t unnoticed and the company was excellent to communicate with. The only thing I didn’t notice when I booked it is that the yard isn’t fenced. We’ll definitely stay again though!

Home away from home

Home away from home we came to Spokane for a children’s birthday party for a three year old in discovery playground. The house offered us everything we needed as a family including gathering spaces games plenty of bathroom and outdoor spaces and within driving distance to so many convenient places in the Spokane Valley and the Spokane area. We had a great visit and we would do Verbo again.

We came to Spokane for a sewing retreat. Your location was central to all we needed. House host was very helpful when I had a question on starting the dishwasher - we had a nice conversation. I’d stay there again.

Wonderful Pet Friendly Home

What a wonderful stay! The house was so clean and welcoming. Everything was labeled in the kitchen, making finding things so much easier. The big yard was perfect for our pup. Kat was quick to answer any questions we had and even left goodies for our pup. We only stayed two nights but would gladly stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

Nice peaceful neighborhood

House was set up perfectly for our group. We were able to put all the kids in the 1 room with attached bath while the rest of us were at other end of house. Backyard was fabulous for our family badminton tournament. Really enjoyed being there and not too long a drive to Silverwood Theme Park.

A very comfortable stay

It is a really nice home - beautifully decorated and clean, with all basic necessities provided for (including a guest pantry). It is also located very close to Costco, Safeway, Target. We only stayed for one night but we hope to be back when we are in the area for sure, to enjoy more time at this spacious home.

Best Vacation of 2020

my family and I traveled to Washington to see my son after returning from deployment. The house is absolutely beautifully nostalgicly decorated and so inviting. We made the best memories of this year at the Shady Maple and plan to make many more there.
