Was a bit disappointed because I paid for a king suite with a sofa bed. There was no sofa at all and the only place to sit was one chair at the desk or on the bed. I Have stayed here many times and the majority of the time I’ve had no complaints.

My reservation was for the comfort suites on pines rd. I never would have reserved a room so far from my events. The fact that you took payment the morning of "check in" was a crock too. So now one night in Spokane cost me over 300.00 thank you

Very calm and relaxing environment with everything you could ask for in a hotel. Staff were very nice and inviting, with rooms perfectly clean and exactly as advertised. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and the pool/hot tub are just as cleanly. Would absolutely return!
