We loved our stay, we felt like anThe room was spacious, confortable and the view is incredible. The hotel is clean, the location is perfect, you could find many dining options around. The staff is charming, very welcoming and gave great advices to us for visiting Zion. Finally, the pool and the hot tub were perfect after hiking all day.

Everything was great especially the staff EXCEPT for WiFi connectivity. It was reminiscent of a dial up modem that disconnected every couple of minutes. Needless to say that this is more than an irritation nowadays.

Refreshing getaway

Left late got to the hotel late... Just after midnight and was met by a wonderful, fresh faced, cheerful young woman who took great care of us. Room was beautiful and well kept and the restaurant is quite a treat as well!

Too noisy. Paper thin “walls” floors!

I would give this place a 5 star & would the 1st night, but the second night, people were above us & you can hear every laugh & word spoken until 1:00a.m!!! Building has no sound barrier between floors & why would you put someone on 2nd floor above when hotel is 1/2 booked??

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only clean but also beautifully updated, with each room featuring a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The pool and hot tub were a real highlight, offering amazing views of Zion National Park — a perfect way to unwind and watch the sunset after a day of hiking. The room felt very safe and secure, which made for a very comfortable stay. Parking was conveniently located just steps from the rooms, which was a great perk. When we checked in, the employee was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful advice on activities to do with the limited time we had before dark. Although the hotel is slightly outside of Springdale, it's just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and the entrance to Zion National Park. The price for the room was a fantastic value for the quality of the stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — I’ll be back for sure!

Comfortable and modern venue.

The place is really nice. Comfortable, beautiful views, clean, close by the Zions park entrance by car. Their restaurant is really good a modern fusion of Latin America and Asian food. We will come back again. Super friendly staff.
