Great location, beautiful backdrops. Getting a room on the backside is a little overrated, you can see the mountains on both sides. I really appreciated the breakfast! Front desk staff was a little grumpy at times.

Best place for our 3 day family vacation stay for Zion National park visit. Everything in small beautiful town of Springdale is walkable from here. Nice Italian restaurant Dulivia right Nextdoor. Well kept place, nice sitting areas indoors and outdoors - free coffee stations, water filling station, infused water, shuffle board, pool table inside, pool, kids fountain area, outside large fire place sitting area. We had standard 2 queen bed suite which also included sturdy sofa bed and additional trundle bed below it ( could sleep 4 adults + 2 small kids). Large ro on and large bathroom. Room cleaning every 2 days. Didn’t find anything not to like.

Best Family Hotel in Zion!

I choose this hotel for our Zion stay because it's brand new and is right next to stop 6 on the free Springdale bus line. The free breakfast was huge, because we wanted to get an early start each day, and the pool area, community balconies, and free games in the lobby were high quality welcome pluses. Oh, and the walk in closet kept our luggage out of the way, which was another added plus we weren't expecting. We'll stay here the next time we're in Zion!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. Beautiful views all around. The only bad thing is staying in room 119. It’s right next to the ice machine. You hear people getting ice really late a night when you’re trying to sleep. And you hear people getting ice really early before they go out for their hike. We mentioned it to the front desk and all they said was “oh sorry about that”. Make sure when you get your room ask if it’s next to the ice machine and if it is ask for a different room.

Very disappointed with our stay overall. We could not find a parking space near our building and had to park on the opposite side of the property. The king size bed was mediocre and the sofa bed was terrible!!! We had to go to the front desk two times to get our key to work. The staff member we worked with to resolve these issues showed very little concern in making sure we were comfortable. The lack of good service was disappointing. I have always experienced exceptional customer service at previous Marriott hotels that I have stayed at.

We stayed 3 nights at the SpringHill and highly recommend. From the check-in to check out we were provided with a great experience. The rooms are all sizable suites with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast is provided daily with lots of good options. The hotel provides water, coffee and tea all day in the lobby, a nice touch. The pool is nice, clean with bathrooms right by it. The Zion shuttle is conveniently located in front of the hotel. There are also a number of restaurants walking distance.

This was the perfect base camp for our 5 days of Zion hiking. It is spacious with everything you could need. It is a quick drive to the Zion Visitor Center each morning to park and hop on the shuttle. It is walking distance to many restaurants and a little grocery store. The morning breakfast is perfect to fuel you up for a day of hiking. And - for any non-hiking days, they have a fully equipped gym!
