The hotel was great. The biggest thing keeping this from being excellent was that the thermostat in the room didn't work. The fan was set to auto yet the heater kept heating until it was too hot. We had to turn it off at times and it made sleeping uncomfortably hot.

I want to flag a very upsetting situation I encountered during my stay here. I had brought my pillow from home with me into your hotel on to help me sleep as I recently had surgery. We left the pillow on the bed and left for the day. When we returned that evening the pillow was not on the bed and we searched the whole room and the pillow was no where to be found. In the morning of 11/29 we spoke with Noah the manager at the front desk who was immediately defensive and incredibly rude. He tried to accuse us of misplacing the pillow, was not trying to be hospitable whatsoever, and would not look for it. It got to the point where he was raising his voice and yelling at us aggressively that we felt so uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Room was great. Accommodated amenities while I’m adjusting from rough surgery and bad news was a nice surprise and helped lifted my spirits a lot. Come every year on Thanksgiving and always enjoy my stay. This year was gonna tough and like I said, I just told them it was tough for me and they went out of way to make my room fill me with joy and surprise. It just made me happy to know someone put care into everything. I’m grateful.

This is a fantastic hotel in a bit of a hotel-desert. Great place to stay in the Smith / Mt. Holyoke College-sphere. Reasonably priced and spacious room, with character. Included breakfast is very good, with a grind-and-brew coffee machine for a fresh cup of coffee! Bar and restaurant next door is a nice alternative to going farther afield. The bar staff is attentive and generous with the pours. Overall, a really comfortable and welcoming location.
