If you advertise 100% smoke free then I shouldn’t have to be asked smoking or non smoking. There also shouldn’t be marijuana smoke either. We woke up to shower only to find out the shampoo and conditioner were completely out. Would’ve called the front desk but I was already wet.

Nice staff, lobby is clean and average. Guest room was truly awful. Old, run down, not maintained, dirty. Really not what i expected. Woukd never recommend to travelers.

For only one night...!!!

Motel feel and not in walking distance of an outlet. Clean and well appointed rooms. Nice touch to have a refrigerator in each room as many tier 2 hotels charge extra for similar. Entry doors need painting. Flagler students woul probably put on two coats annually inexpensively. Rooms are $80.00 per night Monday through Thursday and higher over the weekend as of 08/31/2025. The photos online from the pool are misleading and we were told not reservation or confirmation was needed to park. Outside of the children running around at night and someone constantly checking to hear that there vehicle was locked (beep, beep, beep three times per hour) it was a safe stay.

The rooms were very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The only draw back was the breakfast, it lacked a lot according to my grand children (not what we expected from the pictures).

Room nice neighbor room noisy

We had a very nice stay. Room clean , breakfast waffles coffee, juice good. Only complaint...Room next to us had several dogs that barkedxall night. Several people in room in and out all night. Rest of hotel quiet. Those guests hopefully leave soon. Really was not pleasant having them next door.

Beware ofparking fee

Clean, updated room. But the outside was somewhat dirty. Dirty, slimy water and vomit in parking lot area still not cleaned up by morning. Had to pay $11 for parking. But they had their own lot on site with plenty of spaces. This seems just like a ploy to get a cheaper price online. This hotel isn't near downtown St. Augustine so a car is needed. Convenient to interstate. Breakfast was good, but biscuits are awful.

Average 2-3 star motel. Price was decent,location was close to interstate. No carpet and no thrills, just a place to lay your head. I would stay here again if needed a place for the night.
