Booked 2 adjacent rooms and when arrived at the property the receptionist could not able to provide the room that we actually booked. Pool water was very cold and we couldn’t able to get into the pool.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good, but the staff was particularly wonderful. My husband forgot his wedding band in our room and Kelsey was kind enough to mail it back to us.

Had to call about needing the sheets changed didn’t look like the bed was made and the wrong size sheets were also on but they rushed up and fixed the problem immediately

Central location for our visit and first time in St. Clairsville. Very quiet. Plenty of options for breakfast.

Desk Clerk was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and cool. We did stay on the 4th floor and noticed the Hall way was quite warm. Not sure if the AC was running up there. Other then that small detail it was a great stay on our road trip.
