The evening front desk representative- his name, as reported by another staff , starts w G, was very very insulting and unprofessional over the phone when I called to inform I would be late. He also hung up on me when asked his name to report to Wyndham. No apology from the management yet! The parking lot stunk may be of a dead animal. It was unbearable. Property in general was good but because of the unprofessional front desk rep, I’d refrain from staying there.

The hotel is very old and not in a good condition. I asked for new towels the next morning, for the bathroom, they asked me to bring the old ones to the front desk so they can give me new ones. which was very inconvenient.

There was maid service every day. I did not have to ask for fresh towels or toiletries. However, the floor areas under the bed and furniture were not swept and quite dirty. The pool was heated and well maintained.

The Hotel was better than expected for the low price. The room was nice and clean. We just needed two rooms as we passed through town with family. The pool was warm in early April. I would stay again.

The room was a room. The pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room was what you would expect from a hotel next to an interstate. The real negative for me was the night check in guy. "Gary" had the personality of a honey badger with his foot stuck in a fire ant mound. We had troubles with Google so i called to find directions and he answered the phone hello, no business name, no customer service skills at all. I asked is this the days inn and he replied " that's the number you called right". If the unprofessional additude stopped there it would have been forgivable, but he proceeded to give me directions like i was a 6 yr of being told where to find a fresh roll of toilet paper by their mother who had told them where it was 3 times already. If it wasn't for the lack of refund with the cancelation policy, we wouldn't have stayed. When we got there and checked in he treated me like i had never once before checked into any hotel before inn my life. I'm 48 and travel frequently for work. "Gary" was a complete joke and nothing more than a warm body to man the front desk while eating his curry straight out the pot in front of the customers, god, and everybody to see.

We did not get to room until late went to bed in morning noticed Room was dirty. Bed spread and blanket were filthy. No kitchen utensils plates glasses nothing no coffee pot. Fridge was dirty on top and freezer had not been wiped out broken faucet in sink mold around tub a used towel was hung up. Carpets need vacuuming front door has 2” opening at the bottom couch is broken and heater in room has a bearing out very high pitched squealing noise. Ice makers outside dirty and rusted unkept. The property is not clean or kept up. I will never use this sight (expidia) or stay at this property in the future, I was lied to by you websight.
