I they bed and pillows were the worse I have ever experienced. All linen beds and towels were stained. Room not clean box of old donuts in the drower for a long time.

The bathroom was old, neglected and in urgent need of an upgrade. Their included breakfast is not like other hotels I am used to. It was cold cereal and hardboiled eggs. St. George hotel options are so over priced for what you get.

Checked in on a kiosk zoom call. Wasnt that bad. The guy was friendly. Our room looked nothing like the pictures. Large red stains on the carpet. Room was dirty. Towels and sheets stained. Overall not well kept up

Check in was terrible with the use of the kiosk. Sound from speaker and or employees microphone was terrible. It was very scratchy, and kept cutting out when the employee was talking. Along with the TV going on behind it didnt help. I could not understand the person on the other side at all. Luckily my wife was with me and she even had a hard time understanding them. Not impressed at all. In fact i would seriously think of staying somewhere else because of the check in. The room and accommodations we very nice and we were very happy with that part of our experience.

Bedding was dirty, looked like someone had jumped on the bed with dirty shoes. The room was dilapidated and really outdated and the shower was gross. We had the bedding changed and wore flip flops in the shower. Not a great experience.

Unacceptable no matter how cheap the room is. In our room on the second floor, Pillows as thin as a folded towel (luckily we brought our own just in case) dirt and grime in the bathroom floors and walls, honestly, as bad as a gas station bathroom. Even the toilet was dirty. Really?! Not okay. The hot tub area was scary. You could at least try and hide the giant containers of chemicals and tubes and other pool things.
