Disliked: Cleanliness
Two critiques:
First, we called more than 2 hours ahead of our arrival to ask for a pack-and-play to be delivered to our room for our baby daughter. The staff acknowledged our request, and ensured it would take place, but upon our arrival no pack-and-play was delivered.
Secondly, the room itself smelled terrible. Whatever cleaning supplies are used, they leave an awful smell. There were Oreos on the ground indicating that there was either no cleaning, or it was poorly done.
The TV did not work, regardless of how we tried to work the remote or the TV itself. (Yes it was plugged in and turned on).
And finally, the room was hot and stuff when we arrived. The air controls were turned on and took ages to even function. Just poor hospitality.
I will say, the only redeeming quality was the staff member got us a room on the first floor.
