Really disappointed in our room being quite dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky, and there was hair all over the bathroom. When I got in bed, we found dried up something (not sure what) on the sheets and had to get the staff to replace our bed sheets, and the bedding they replaced it with was stained. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up only staying one night and canceled our second night. The outdoor area with pickleball courts looked nice, but there were dirty areas in the dining/breakfast area as well. Breakfast wasn't great. We were paying $110-120 a night through Expedia so it definitely wasn't worth the price, we won't be staying here again.

This has been our go to hotel when we come to St. George. We absolutely love it and each time we have been the hotel room has been clean and very well kept. The pool and activities for the kids are great. The staff is very helpful in helping with any concerns you have. When we come back we will stay here again.

The breakfast was meager and boring. Children dominated the waffle makers with drips and mess everywhere, not being cleaned up. Alot of kids made 2 at a time, there was no supervision. If you have to leave early after staying 2 nights they’ll charge you 50$ to cancel the 3rd. They said it was updated but the bedrooms had old furniture and carpets. There is only wine and beer at their restaurant with only 2 choices for food, Salad bar 29$ or their version of a smorgasbord for 49$. There’s far better places to stay for less.

It’s and old hotel, they don’t do the cleaning every day, they can find the tv remote control, and they didn’t care. The towels are so old and not clean.

I booked under the assumption that Red Lion meant high standards. We were met with slow service at check in and cheap motel quality rooms. We had a group of 9 in 3 rooms for two nights. After the first night on old spring beds we looked at changing hotels. The pool and activities were a bonus however the indoor outdoor pool needed cleaning.

Great experience

The employees worked hard and I could see that. Then pool area was always stocked with towels which I appreciated. The breakfast was done well and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is the beds weren’t very comfortable.
