Air conditioner did not work in the room, the bathtub wasnt clean, and the toilet was dirty. Temperature was on the mid to high 80s all night. We had a fan which helped keep air flow.... The night of checkin the manager said he would fix it the next day. He never showed up. We checked out 2 days early, that next morning. They double charged my card for the full stay. Took 10 days to get a partial payment back. Will never stay here again. Guests were cordial. Staff was polite.

Nothing like the pictures. Had to clean my room when I first arrive. Windows and mirrors were black. Room was musty and damp. The outside of the building had missing stucco and rotting wood underneath. Doors to the outside were propped open and people hanging out in the stair wells.

The hotel was a bit outdated aesthetically. The stay was comfortable. The staff was very rude!!! Overall honestly it’s okay for a place to sleep on the move.

Walked into my halway and instantly was overwhelmed by the smell of Marijuana. Thats not entirely the hotel's fault, however looking at the cleanliness of our room , totally poor! Couch had many stains , office chair at the desk broken and there was actually a half used bar of soap in the shower. Totally unexceptable for any priced room. Do not recommend!

Very disappointed

The hotel was run down and dirty. Wall paper was coming off in the bathroom dresser didnt have drawers recliner had holes in it bathroom shower tile missing. I checked in and checked out in 10 minutes.

In the first 5 minutes in the room I saw three roaches. I moved rooms and floors although I never saw any roaches the room was dirty the whole hotel was dirty the hallways of pot and cigarette smoke. There were tornadoes in the area the day I checked in so moving hotels was not an option and everything I was doing was on a tight schedule. Will never recommend this place for anyone at any price

Disgusting.

Hallway carpets sticky and filthy. Room carpets filthy. Pillows were stained under the pillowcase like they'd not been changed or washed for years. Chairs in the room had grease marks, stains and were gross. Shower curtain and showerhead were stained with soap scum. Absolutely revolting. The hairdryer filter was clogged. We did not stay. They refunded straight away in fairness and the young receptionist was really helpful and polite.

Keep looking

This was an unplanned stay. I picked it because of the Wyndham name and the area. It is definitely way below the standard. Curtains hanging off rod, dirty carpet, shower so dirty, I just skipped it. Dresser that was unusable, but I would not have put my clothes in there anyway. I would have left, but it was late. I will definitely not recommend or stay there ever. Wyndham needs to come review this hotel. When we left the next morning, early, someone was hanging out the window trying to sing. The hotel didn’t even rate 1 star. Thankfully I had my own blanket which I slept on. This hotel needs to be shut down.

The bathroom was not cleaned. The room was not vacuumed completely. I had to go to the front desk because there were no towels in the bathroom. The TV did not work correctly when I arrived and it took almost an hour to resolve the issue. Would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

This place was filthy and rundown. The lught covered popped off the wall as i walked in. The mirror on the door was loosley attached to the surface by tape that was no linger holding it on leaving it dangling. There was an old capri sun behind the bed that was god only knows how old. The carpet was intermittently sticky which is just unsettling.For as nice as the lobby is, the actual hotel is worse than your average Motel6 or America's Best. The quality here was outright unacceptable.
