Staff was very attentive, friendly, available. Hotel was clean, gorgeous and architecturally beautiful. Breakfast offerings....thoughtful. Happy Hour offering with a meal was above and beyond. Loved everything about this hotel.

The staff was super friendly! Parking was easy. We enjoyed the breakfast and 5:30 meals and the popcorn. Room was mostly clean. Nice building in a nice location. There are lots of activities to walk to. I would have liked to have a restaurant available for lunch time. The pool could have used a good cleaning. Overall if I came back to St Louis which I probably won't because St Louis wasn't that great and everyone seemed mad at us just for being there. I would stay here again. I will check out other locations though when I travel other places. Thankful we had a good place to stay though and the staff here was really nice.
