To the north of Harbor View Grand, you will experience a variety of dining options: quaint bistros, sushi, steaks, sports bar, pubs, and a variety of sweets to treat the children. Within the Village, going North allows you to enjoy a leisurely walk along the shoreline, collecting shells, and enjoying the overall natural environment of the Gulf of Mexico. Golfing Is Also a Popular Activity in Clearwater Beach* Golfing is huge in Florida, and Clearwater is no exception. Perfect temperatures and good terrain make for the ideal golf locations. Clearwater has an abundance of golf courses available. There are public and private courses for beginners through expert players. Miniature golf is directly across the street.
This spacious unit is 1824 square feet. It boasts ten-foot ceilings and a huge private balcony (400 sq ft.) that is accessible from the living room and king bedroom. All three bedrooms are large, and each one enjoys gorgeous views of the bay or the Gulf. Be prepared for breathtaking views of both sunrises and sunsets from this unit and from the balcony as well. Heated bay side pool and spa add to the enjoyment of this condo experience. Replete with beach umbrellas and chairs, air mattresses, noodles, children's surfboards, sand pails, and shovels--all for a fun-filled pool and beach experience. Under the building parking (with coded gates) is convenient and close to the elevator. Entrance to the building is password-specific for your safety. The condo's front door has a coded entry for your safety as well.
The Tampa Bay area is home to baseball spring training teams, including the New York Yankees, the Philadelphia Phillies, the Toronto Blue Jays, and the Tampa Bay Rays. These teams and others play during the spring at various stadiums throughout the area. A festival on Pier 60 is held every Thursday through Monday to celebrate the magnificent sunsets! You can watch jugglers, magicians, and musicians. View and buy gifts from local artists and crafters.A regularly scheduled trolley serves downtown Clearwater for your convenience.

RECENTLY REVIEWED 2026 5 * Janet L. (ONTARIO, CANADA). Our stay at Harbor View Grand was fantastic! The owners have thought of everything, and David was a pleasure to talk to and work with! He had everything ready for us and was also so friendly! We knew if we had any problems, he would be on it! Walking into the condo was stunning! The place was beautiful and well supplied with new appliances, kitchen items, bedding, TVs, and had every beach and pool item you could think of! From a beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for kids, and just everything you could need. The balcony was amazing, with plenty of seating for all, and we enjoyed dolphins and manatees daily! It was such an easy walk to the beach, beach shops, beach stores, market, and restaurants! Perfect location and a perfect condo! Looking forward to coming back, I will recommend Harbor View to all of my friends and family!
