The Best on the Beach!

The Ocean Sands complex is located conveniently at the North end of Madeira Beach, with easy access to Johns Pass Village as well as to the surrounding beach communities. This top floor (12th floor) corner unit on the North end of the complex gives an absolutely spectacular view of the full beauty of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, and the Sunset show will create memories that will last a lifetime.

The kitchen has been fully updated with premium granite counter tops, new cabinetry, as well as new stainless appliances. It's fully equipped with all necessary items for meal preparation, and is ready to handle the most demanding of cooks. The kitchen area overlooks the main living room, with extremely comfortable leather couches, and large flat screen TV. With open views from the side as well as the front and back of the condo, you will feel on top of the world, with spectacular views all around.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size, high quality memory foam pillow top mattress, and leads to the private large all remodeled bathroom with dual sinks and over-sized walk in shower. You will wake to the sights of the beach and Gulf looking out from the bed, and leading out to the balcony.

The second bedroom is also furnished with a King size bed, and with large closet and private bathroom access, is perfectly set up for a second couple.

Also in the condo - a full size clothes washer and dryer, free high speed WiFi connection, free cable TV, free long distance telephone service, all linens, bath and beach towels, and even a few beach chairs and goodies.

If your reservation falls in the Winter months (mid-December through February 1), please be aware that the Ocean Sands building closes the pool and spa area if the temperature does not reach 68 degrees during the day.

a great place to vacation!

My sister and I loved the location and the complex. The security with codes and key fobs was excellent. The grounds were beautifully maintained. We had access to a wonderful, clean pool and a private beach. The view from the balcony was fabulous. The condo was fine, but could stand a fresh coat of paint and a little more thorough cleaning. We had one minor issue when the AC stopped working. I contacted iTrips and they responded immediately by coming out and fixing it. Couldn't have asked for better service! We met so many nice people who come there year after year. We've already booked in that same building for next year!

Condo needs a deepcleaning

Kitchen floor dirty counters had dried food on them. Dishes and glasses in cupboards were food and lipstick stained The master bedroom cover had dried stains on it we purchased another cover for the bed and the bed skirt ripped. Air conditioning unit covered with dust the odor was prevalent. Will never return there again was very disappointed to say the least.

This is a corner unit with great views of the Gulf. Everything is very functional. That being said an upgrade of the stove and master bedroom furniture could be advised. Our month was lovely.

Beautiful, but noisy

We loved the location! Pool and hot tub area Awesome! The 2nd bedroom faced a bar, which had live music Th-Sat. A fun place, but difficult with the noise at night to sleep (sirens and loud cars contributed to the noise issue). New windows maybe would help(sound reducing) The master bedroom, beautiful. Our only recommendation would be to update the mattress. Management answered any questions we had very quickly. The area had so much to offer. Boating, biking, kayaks and beautiful beach! Many restaurants to choose from, we never had a bad meal. We are so glad we landed there for 3 weeks. Beautiful beautiful sunsets!

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful time at this Condo. This place features an ideal location, right on the beach. In addition, there is a pool onsite and there are several shopping, and dining options in walking distance.

Awesome Sunset view

We enjoyed our two week stay. The view when we first walked in was breath taking! The sunsets were amazing and watching the dolphins was great too. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great condo on the beach!

We loved the property and location. There are a couple of small issues. Beach furniture is rusted and falling apart. The frames of the beds are loose and some updated Padua furniture would be an asset. But overall a great place to stay!
