Kävelymatkan päässä monista ravintoloista, baareista, jäätelöstä, vähittäiskaupoista ja kaikesta, mitä Indian Rocks Beach tarjoaa. Century Century moderni koko, vasta uusittu ja päivitetty keittiö ja kylpyhuone. Pesun sisällä. WiFi. Erittäin hiljainen ja viihtyisä naapurustossa. Great clean place to stay super close to the beach. Beach was only 1 block away and super easy to get to (it was public access). Easy access and gorgeous pool and backyard to hang out. We really appreciated that it was a spacious layout and we were able to all hang out in different places without being on top of each other. Would definitely recommend!

The house and amenities were excellent. The location was awesome, close to the beach and restaurants, as well as Clearwater Beach. The only issue we had was shower heads were low for my husband, (he's 6'2"). Older houses tend to have this problem, so he made it work. We'll definitely be back!

The pool was a nice thing to have. Since it thunderstormed pretty much the whole time we stayed this time! In between storms we would get in the pool! Very clean and has everything you need for the house. One level is a rarity this close to the beach and we just loved it.

Indian Rocks Beach is a new favorite, white sand, low-key, family friendly and we appreciated how short the walk there was. The pool and patio at the house were quite nice as well. Pool was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly located and Fantastic amenities

I am local from Clearwater and had a friend from work who lives in Northern California come visit and we rented out this bungalow for our trip. It wasn't intended for my 7-year-old daughter to come but she broke her elbow and ended up staying a few nights with us, so the extra room with the twin beds was perfect. We really enjoyed having two separate bathrooms and the shed by the pool has everything you could possibly want for the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for coming home and rinsing all that sand off of you before jumping in the pool to cool off and relax. The pool lights at night are absolutely beautiful and even though I live in the area, it still felt like a wonderful getaway being right on the beach and so close to the beach access. The location, the cleanliness, the Smart TVs, the beautiful backyard and pool area, and the full kitchen gave us everything we wanted and more. I would recommend this rental to anyone and would love to come back and stay another time myself as well!!!

Fantastic Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Bungalow! Check in was a breeze, the house was spotless, and communication with the owner was easy. The location is great - just a quick walk to lots of restaurants/cafes, and of course the beach. We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Clean and comfortable

Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. No worries about damage from the hurricane in this house or the area. The back yard with the pool was so enjoyable. We were very comfortable here. Tons of beach equipment was very helpful. Really nice to have the 2 bikes also. Brett was quick to communicate and very considerate. Nice extras like soap, shampoos, TP, ziplocks, detergent, etc. Other places I have had to purchase all the household essentials. Recommend to check out Honeymoon Island for tons of shells and a few sand dollars if thats your thing. Would stay again!

Wonderful beach house

Enjoyed our return visit to this cute house. Very quiet neighborhood and easy walk to beach. House was clean and met all our needs. Kitchen very nice and had everything we needed. Brett was quick to respond to our questions and took care of our concern. Private backyard and pool were wonderful and greatly enjoyed. Look forward to our return for another great visit.

Family beach stay!

Family vacay

This home is perfect for a beach vacation with family and friends. We’ve been staying at the host’s neighboring property for 4 years and added extended family this year -so added Brett’s connecting property this year and it was wonderful to be able to gather without driving or calling to arrange visits. The home is perfectly equipped and spic and span. The beach is an easy 2 block walk. Even grandparents walked it, altho slower than the young uns. We reserved it again for next year already. Perfect Beach Getaway

We stayed here after a short cruise, and personally I would have rather stayed here the entire week! The bungalow is perfect sized for a small family (sleeps up to 6people)! The place was extremely clean and had all the necessities for a long stay. We loved sitting out by the pool, and going to the beach for sunsets! Many restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood is very quiet! Our interactions with the owners were very pleasant and only when necessary. I will definitely stay here again!
