Ostimme tÀmÀn kauniin huoneistoa maaliskuussa 2014 ja se tuli kauniisti sisustettu. Keittiö on tÀysin varustettu kaikella mitÀ tarvitset! Se sijaitsee 5 korttelin pÀÀssÀ rannalta pÀÀsystÀ King and Prince Resortissa ja yhden mailin pÀÀssÀ viehÀttÀvÀstÀ kylÀstÀ laiturilla. TÀssÀ huoneistossa on paljon tilaa 3BR / 2: lla. 5 kylpyhuonetta, avoin oleskelu- ja ruokailutila. SiinÀ on nopea WiFi, televisiot jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja oleskelutilassa. Kuistit takana ja edessÀ, 2 auton autotalli ja mikÀ parasta, hissi matkalaukkujen ja pÀivittÀistavaroiden kuljettamiseen. Ja se on vastapÀÀtÀ uima-allasta !!!

Great days at the beach!

Loved the spacious condo with my family and friends. Perfect space for a couple, single and two teenagers. We rented a golf cart, so getting to the beach, shops and restaurants was easy.

Right In The Middle of The Fun

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I underestimated the convenience of having a garage on the bottom floor where we could contain all the beach stuff, bikes etc. The living area and bedrooms were spacious and everything was great. We cooked most of or meals in the kitchen and everything was handy there. The unit is right across from the pool and easy to get to the downtown with a short ride or bicycle trip. The parking at the beach access was super easy and we enjoyed our stay. We will likely come back again next summer!

Great condo

This beautiful condo made for a fun week for our family including our seven year old granddaughter. A couple of questions were easily resolved by the owners and all was well. The condo is well appointed and having an elevator and washer/dryer made the stay even more enjoyable. Great location to the pool, beach access and central area of St Simons.

Girls family trip weekend

This house is well stocked, especially the kitchen. While it is an older town house, it overall felt clean and homey. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The elevator was a lifesaver as one guest has difficulty with stairs so that made the trip stress free. We were near the pool so it was great to just quickly walk over for a dip at the end of each day. We enjoyed our stay.

Mother daughter get away

What a nice quiet condo, very close to everything (walk). The pool was nice and partial shaded😊. The elevator was nice as well as my mother is not a stair fan(elderly). Very Very clean. Highly recommended

St. Simons Getaway

The condo was lovely withe everything we needed, and room to spread out. The only downside was the distance to the beach. It was a little over a half mile, when the ad said 5 blocks. But we had no trouble with parking at several different beaches and enjoyed the pool.

Home away from home

A wonderfully appointed townhouse with all the comforts of home. Garage, private elevator, are a plus. Dawn was phenomenal in all communication and helping us to feel welcomed to her home on the Island. Great scenery, sunsets in the village, dining, adventure for everyone! Will definitely be back !

Great location to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of items in the house to help you start the trip. i.e. toilet paper, towels, extra blankets, spices , salt, pepper, coffee filters, soap

Don't overlook this property

Everything was great from the first booking until we left today. Property was clean and in great shape. Owners were quick to respond when my wife reached out prior to the trip. There was no need to reach out during our stay as everything was wonderful. Close to the beaches and downtown. The entire property was in great shape and the pool across the street from the condo was a plus! Would rent this property again without even thinking about it. I give it a 10 out of 10. Thank you for allowing us my family to stay at your property!

Stair carpet was dirty, wiped stair rails down some stain type dirt, not the worst we have seen, kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced, no scrubbing sponge, refrigerator water nozzle and ice dispenser outlets were moldy, did not use, just saying all of this for the owners to be aware! We have stayed in many properties over the years and this is a 3+ in our opinion. NOT for publication just for the owners! Mosquitoes were bad due to location, and standard bed mattress cover needs to be replaced was torn. Property is generally good
